If you are thinking about applying for a listing through this agency I would highly advise against it.
I applied, if I’m not mistaken first as it was right after it was posted, and had to wait almost two weeks to be told that there was an applicant they ‘liked more’. My partner and I met all the requirements on their website and were never given a reason why we weren’t accepted. I had to call almost every day (after a week since I wanted to give them time) and i am still left with questions as to what was wrong with our applications.
In my honest opinion, they kept the posting up to farm application money as it was very popular on Zillow. I can understand being denied for bad credit or too low of income but that wasn’t the case with us. Still waiting on a call from Johanna but I doubt that will ever come because she already got our money.
I’ve worked with many rental agencies in the past and this is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. I wish we could have our money back, not because we need it but so I could throw it straight in the trash. I would at least have a better taste in my mouth.

Joanna is unprofessional, and Demeaning trying to use scare tactics to get us out of the home complaining about brown grass in this 110° heat even though the grass is green. Never responded to any emails and when we got hold of her on the phone was completely disrespectful.
When we got our security deposit back it was completely less than what we thought and the charges on there were completely bs. So glad to get away from this terrible property management company I wouldn't say it was the company.I would say it was just Joanna.

Joanna is amazing! We were having an issue at our rental and she responded to my email at 9pm Friday night and by 11am the next morning on a Saturday someone was there to fix it and we were good to go! Such amazing fast response and the maintenance person Tim was very helpful if you want great service use Joanna and her team at Alliance Property Management!

Alliance Property is amazing! My wife and I had horrible credit and couldn't find a place to rent anywhere but they were able to find us a nice house to live in. We are so thankful. Thank you Alliance Property Management, we appreciate you.

Unprofessional, rude over the phone. Never answers emails. Mary is nice and respectful.
Say good bye to your deposit. 400 dollars for smoke detectors, and removing Christmas lights.

Honestly would never rent from them again.. I left my apartment after almost two years in a fair condition and I got back $600/$2,000 deposit. Some charges as dumb as a shower curtain replacement... and $200 for mowing the lawn.. which was not even outgrown.. And if it doesn't get rented out.. are they gana keep charging me..? I dnt think so.. thats your own maintenance issue.. And I bought and planted grass because the place was ugly and full of dirt piles.. At least expecting someone to come out and help explain all the costs on the bill.. But they ignored me and lady in front desk was very rude about the questions I had. Said no one asked me to plant grass.. Honestly on the final inspection was told everything looked good. Just some minor cleaning needed. $448 cleaning cost later... 😒 Worst experience ever. No heater in the house.. and A.C. only in kitchen... Not Good In Super HoT Weather... Not worth it..!!!

Rented for 3 years, any issues solved quickly. Professional and Friendly. Moved in at the beginning of COVID, this office quickly adapted and made me feel welcome. Hard to find good businesses in red bluff but this is one of them.

A review that’s been long overdue. I was given my first rental here and that was the real start of my independence. After my one year lease was up I was so happy with their business that I applied for another one of their rentals that was smaller and dirt cheap! 4 years has then past and with the wad load of money that I stashed away, I am now getting the help from Joanna to help buy me my very first house. She has always been responsive, polite, and not pushy.
