Terrible business and people they are liars and crooks they tow my RV give me only 30 seconds to get anything and I wasn't really tripping to much at the time because they're sitting there promising me that there would be no issue with me getting my belongings so following morning go to at least get a few things and all of a sudden I can't get my belongings I give them
The paperwork from DMV stating my name on it I give them my id the name on the id and DMV papers are matching that's what they said I would need to get my personal belongings and now all of a sudden I need a release from the PD so go to the PD to find out about this and the officer said that I only need to get the release if I'm getting the vehicle now my dilina here is all my tools and equipment that I use to complete jobs working is inside and I'm a single self employed business so it's not like I'm a company that has backups so now how would I be able to come up with that kind of money to get my RV back especially if they won't let me get my tools that I need to be able to make any kind of money to pay to get my RV now mind you there's approximately $20,000.00-$25,000.00 in tools that I paid out of my pocket for and use regularly a long with close to $10,000.00-$15,000.00 worth of audio equipment along with everything else I owned

they're giving me the run a round game!!!!!

(Keeping me going in circles until the lean sale goes through (in this case) and I wouldn't be able to do something about so they can keep everything I own including things irreplaceable and leaving me with not a single thing not even so much as a way to sevive pretty messed up in my opinion all so they can make 10 fold profits off of it instead of accepting 8 fold profits from it

My vehicle was stuck on the highway in the middle of the night and Jacob came 10 minutes earlier from the ETA they told me. My car was taken care of and the rep on the phone was very nice too! Very professional people.

I was stuck on the highway over 4 hours because my truck completely died while driving south to LA. I called AAA 4  times and each time got cancelled. I was with my elderly mother, 2 sisters and my 2 kids. I could not believe that for the premium i pay AAA they couldn't help me. My sister was searching online for private tow truck and ran across All star heavy haul and they said they could be there in 40 min. AAA always told me over an hour and a half. I received a call from the driver named Armando. He was a god sent. AAA couldn't even give me an ETA. Armando called me and told me he will be there soon. From when he pulled up to me and dropped my truck back home I felt like all the stress i had he took away. He helped me so much and he could tell the look in my face I wasn't having a good day and he help me relax. He was and amazing driver and give him and his company 5 stars for the amazing service.  Thank you Armando.

Jose came out to haul 3 connexes around my job site. He was quick, professional, and is excellent at problem solving when needed. I will use them again! Great service and were on time.

This business lacks any ethics. Sent me a bill showing towing and storage unpaid even though the insurance company paid it. That’s called fraud! When I called to voice my displeasure they proceeded to blame their lien company they contract with. Yup, always blame someone else for your garbage. Also, office worker “sorry I was multi tasking “ making it well known she was getting jollies making someone wait unnecessarily; doing that to someone she never met before. Nice person - not.

Few days ago the earth tried to swallow our 53' trailer that had cheese in it. Our trailer was literally stuck and tipping, to the point we couldn't get it out of the earth and had to put the call into the professionals. They handled our situation promptly and efficiently. I believe his name was Ken and his counterpart took care of business and got us going in a timely manner. He was very pleasant to deal with! Made our delivery on-time!! Thanks fellas!! 😊

Armando was amazing. He showed up as aoon as he could, and made sure we were comfortable while we waited for him to attach the car to his truck. He was very polite and even funny. 10/10 service with a smile.
