I've rented quite a few machines and tools here. The staff are good to work with (unlike the hostile staff at a certain store very close by) these guys will work with you, if a machine has a failure or you don't understand something.

I would first like to say that the men in the yard are amazing! Very helpful and professional and friendly. However.. the women in the office were rude and unprofessional. We had rented a chainsaw and when we got home it was not working, Jessica in the office was GREAT. Very apologetic and asked we bring it back so they can get us a different one. I assumed since it put us back an hour we would be GIVEN an hour on our time with the chainsaw but when I returned it the next day (1 hour after my ORIGINAL time NOT the second time being there) I was told I would be getting a late charge and when I questioned why considering we had to bring the original back and was told that my time would “restart” I was told “whatever I’m not going to argue with you”. In front of other customers might I add. The unprofessional behavior and attitude of the two women (not Jessica) I dealt with makes it very hard to consider returning here for rentals. If I were to rent from them again it would be because of the men in the yard only. I hope that the women in the office can maybe figure out how to be a little friendlier and professional.

UPDATE: I was contacted within hours by Jeff and he was wonderful to work with. VERY glad to be able to keep using this company!!

Have rented here for years. Apparently new owners. Questioned a major change in price from 3 weeks ago. A bunch of tacked on fees on equipment I have rented many times. Then got argued with and then hung up on. What HORRIBLE customer service!

My dad came here to get a couple of pieces of equipment and both broke down! We couldn't get a proper refund and generally the staff were unhelpful and seemed like they dont know what were doing.

My family has come here in the past because its convenient, but their is new managers and they do not want to take care of the customers. Several of my friends in the neighborhood have come here and it's always the same. More expensive than other places.

I will not be coming back. It's a nightmare dealing with these people. The "new" owners are worse than the old ones and it seems like they do the same stuff. They say they will help in the reviews but their only about greed and money.

Bad equipment and more expensive! And very unhelpful unknowledgeable employees.

Absolutely insane. I HIGHLY advise you to avoid this place. I am now regretting not reading some of these reviews prior to doing business with them. I rented a piece of equipment for 8 hours and was a little bit skeptical about how accurate the timer on the machine was so I kept track of time on my own. In total, I used it for about 4 hours and the machine that I was using read that it had been running for 8 hours, and that my time was up. At this point I thought that it may just be an issue with the piece of equipment itself, so I waited until Monday when the business was open to get it sorted out. I thought that maybe the company would Help me come to an understanding. When we spoke with them, they completely brushed it off and said it was normal. I was told that I have to pay the full 8 hour charge and there is nothing they could do. This was an absolute disappointment and a huge scam on their part, As prices are not cheap to begin with. Again, I highly advise you avoid this place and check out some of the other rental places in town. Hope I save someone the stress that all seasons rental has caused me.
