Despite other reviews I have never seen roaches and rats but then again that stuff lives outside and they can be anywhere. I have seen lots of skunks but that's not gonna hurt anyone living there. At night the taco truck is nice to have around. The pool they got is okay too."

Worst place to live. Very dirty complex, rude staff, no parking spots at all, full of spiders and cockroaches,.
We had our ceiling leaking for a month and we went to the office every day and their solution was to turn on the heater in order not to get molds, and guess what when we turned the heater on the fire alarm went off because the heater was too old and they painted it to make it tolerable!! It was a terrible place.
Laundry room was dirty all the time, the pool was so dirty and caused infections for us, our amazon package was stolen several times and when we went to the office they were like it's non of our business. Just stay away this place if you want to be safe!

Drugs, loud noise, drinking and cracked bottles in the parking lot consistently.

Staff is rude, dishonest, and unwilling to address issues and try’s to ignore problems with a smile and saying nothing bad happens here.

Packages get stolen, police are present consistently. Even SWAT was able to show up one early morning.

Parking is consistently overflowed, causing you to park blocks away.

Literally doesn’t get worse than here for OC

Worst apartments to live in. Constant commotion. never get anything fixed in the apartments even though management is constantly told about these issues. constantly getting car towed or tickets for no reason. Lots of roaches and rats too.

No parking!!!!!
Good luck trying to find parking after 5 pm; tenants keep roaming around looking for parking for like hours and they end up parking on the street and sometimes their cars get towed. Also, there are bugs all the time. The person who lives below our apartment supposedly has a garden, it’s more like a jungle!we get spiders all the time and all kinds of bugs.
We will not be renewing our lease!

Don’t be influenced by the nice pictures shown on their website. Gym equipment usually broken, pool dirty probably 4 days out of the 7. It seems like they only clean it when someone comes to see if they rent an apartment. If you have children be careful because the community is infested with spiders. In the night when you chill by the jacuzzi you’ll notice that there’s roaches walking everywhere. Hopefully they don’t but you. Staff inside the office should take one day and walk around like residents and see the problems. Even thoe they always try to improve there’s is so much to consider. The be influence by the nice pictures and descriptions on website. It’s a whole different story

I will never recommend this place to anyone. I lived at Alicia Plaza for a year and it was by far the worst experience I have ever had with any place I have lived. Do not put any pictures up on the wall because they will charge you over $355 for painting and cleaning and deduct it from your deposit. I had not one stain on the carpet and they also took out $70 for carpet cleaning. I lived at other apartments and they have never deducted for any of those things. I also had a leak in my roof that they never fixed and I had to live with a hole in my ceiling. The microwave kept giving out and only two burners worked on the stove. It got so bad I had to call corporate to complain because management didn't do a darn thing. But then even corporate didn't do anything, so I had a lose lose situation. It is never quiet and people are always smoking weed, so I could never have a window open. PLEASE if you are considering moving here DON'T especially if you have a family. I had to move out after only being there a year. I read the reviews before moving in but I thought all the bad reviews were people overreacting but I got to experience it my self and moving to Alicia Plaza was the worst decision I have ever made.

My experience was horrible at these apartments they're infested with rats and the maintenance horrible also, they never tried to help with the rat infestation they would just brush it off as if the problem wasn't their. They're also very rude. Also multiple people had moved out because of the rat problem it was so bad that i think the rats had a colony behind the cabinets and walls you could hear them all night just plain disgusting. I do not recommend these apartments to anybody especially if have kids because the health hazards is too much with critters who spread bacteria. The last rat i saw as big as a cat i think it was pregnant.
