Ali and John have recently helped me with 2 real estate transactions for a total of 4 times they have acted as my buyer’s agent. 2 of the transactions were “complex” and required a heroic efforts from John in order to complete the sales. First of all, we love our new vacation home on the lake. This would not have been possible without the help of our realtor Ali Liptrot. There were multiple offers including a cash offer and Ali helped us get the property. When Bank of America could not arrange for an appraisal and we risked losing the property and our $20,000 deposit, Ali was constantly contacting the loan officer, asset management group and appraisers. Ultimately she negotiated an extension with the seller and connected us with Guild Mortgage who expeditiously closed within two weeks. Ali is very familiar with this market, experienced beyond any realtor that we have ever worked with and gets you the property! The kids love swimming in the lake and then going to the pool.
