My lease end was coming up and I was stressing about some curb rash and fender damage I had on my 2020 Giulia. I spoke with Jonas and he was is the most patient, soft spoken man I had ever dealt with at a dealership. He was honest, fair and did his best to give me different price options with various down payments. Unfortunately, due to a divorce my credit took a turn for the worse from when I originally got my 2020 Giulia. That changed the monthly payment we originally agreed on and what I was comfortable with. My credit wasn't Jonas' fault and totally out of his hand and unfortunately I had to walk away it was already closing time. The following morning when the dealership opened, I get a call from Jonas and the GM by the name of Jason. Both Jonas and Jason were apologetic that we couldn't make a deal the night before. Jason told me he made some calls and pulled some strings with some finance people he has worked with in the past and managed to get me a deal close to what I originally agreed on, about $15 more or so. Jason also mentioned he discounted the car more just to make this deal happen. They BOTH bent over backwards for me and did everything they could to make it happen. I SINCERELY and HONESTLY say that. Thank you Jonas and Jason. You have earned my respect and loyalty. Can't wait to see you guys during my maintenance visits and in 2026 during lease end for a new Alfa. Thank you again Gentleman!

I had a great experience with the service department after having a terrible buying experience at another local dealer. Jeff the service manager, Charlie the foreman and Ryan the service advisor were great. Charlie would talk to me about the issues with the car personally and it seemed like he really cared to try and get the issues resolved. They fixed the car and were great to work with.

From the very beginning- Jacob Erickson was professional, transparent, and eager to pass on his excitement towards the historical brand that is Alfa Romeo. Alongside his equally professional manager Jason Liu, the two helped guide me towards a fantastic opportunity on a simply gorgeous 2021 Stelvio Ti Sport (the very last Vesuvio Grey on red in the country!). Upon agreeing to numbers and submitting credit, I simply flew into John Wayne two days later- signed some paperwork, got the keys, and drove it back to Phoenix the same day. Boom! If you are looking for a first class experience, in state or not, Anaheim should be your first call.

I'd like to also add that 5,000 miles later, my Stelvio ownership experience has been an absolute dream. Despite being a major Porsche/Audi fan, I must admit, Alfa has an emotional passion that continues to pull you behind the wheel. You can see it in the elegant exterior, luxurious interior, and outstanding performance on the road. A new X3, Q5, or Macan will make you happy, but the Stelvio will be the one that steals your heart.

Again, big thanks to Jacob and Jason- you guys rock. I hope I'll return someday for a Ferrari powered Quadrifoglio!

After paying for an expensive oil change on my low milage Stelvio at Maserati and Alfa Romeo of Anaheim Hills, it started leaking a lot of oil a couple of weeks later. Upon inspection, it was found that their technician did not properly tighten the oil filter. The leaked oil saturated the fiber under engine panel and four other fiber components on the under side of the car. Initially the service writer was apologetic and promised to refund the ~$850 I paid for the service. She also promised to replace the main fiber panel under the car. The problem started when the service manager proposed to replace the other four oil saturated under side components with used components taken off of another Stelvio there at the dealership (probably some other unsuspecting customer's car that would end up with the oil saturated parts from my car). My Stelvio is low milage, always garaged and in pristine condition. I wanted the dealership to replace the oil saturated components with new components, but it appears they are not willing to do it. The service writer has not returned my calls after I left multiple voice mail messages, and neither has the service manager. I have not received the promised refund, none of the oil saturated parts have been replaced and now they are clearly blowing me off. I'm out about $2K and I wasted hours of my time at the dealership and traveling to the dealership in a futile effort to be made whole. What a horrible place!

Poor customer service. Pulled in to the service area for my appointment and expected someone to assist me. With three employees in their offices facing me, not a single person came out. I went inside for help and waited by the desk in the lobby. Same result, two other employees see me standing and looking around but don’t acknowledge me. The service was just as bad at Puente Hills. Seems to be a dealer trend. Take your Alfa to a Jiffy Lube or Euro specialist shop but avoid the dealerships at all cost.

I owned an Alfa Giulia some time back, and have gone through two Audi's since. I really wanted to go back to an Alfa, so I checked out the nearest dealer to my home. Turns out they had great deals on the Tonale's. The deals were so good, in fact, that I wound up getting two cars - one for myself (fully spec'd one) and one for my son (slightly lower spec'd). The lease was more affordable than my son's other option (Mazda 3) for the much better Tonale!
My sales person was Shivam, and he was very knowledgeable and extremely accommodating to my specific asks.
I highly recommend working with this dealership!

Had an excellent experience dealing with Alfa Romeo of Anaheim Hills. Firstly Jonas Borges was extremely helpful both over the phone and in person even helping me locate my dream car that was rare and not available anywhere, He also took his time and was patient with me throughout all stages of purchasing a vehicle and basically making it a stress free experience, I highly recommend dealing with him. Also wanted to shoutout Jake and Alex who also provided a great experience when it came to signing paperwork and of course with making sure the whole process went as smooth as possible. Overall, I give the whole experience a 10/10.

After having a scary situation with my 2021 Alfa I drove straight to the dealership. Mike G was so understanding and helpful I cannot thank him enough(I showed up 1 hour before they closed too). He listened to my concerns and took care of my long list of items that I had been procrastinating for months. He got my car fixed in just 2 days and was able to get me a rental car since my car was still under warranty. He has made a customer for life. I'd not take my car anywhere else.
