Josh is AMAZING!!! He did absolutely everything to get my home sold. My home is what one person would call a special kind of home with many little things that needed to be fixed or changed. Josh was with me every step of the way and he was even their when I couldn't be. He listed my home and in 3 days he had a contract on it close to the asking price!!! Talk about very fast and effective. He is the best and I would and will recommend him to everyone I know.

I was referred to Josh through family who worked with him. I met him when I was in Anchorage, then he sent me daily listings for months. I found the home I was looking for on line. I made the purchase, from out of state, and he made the process easy, smooth and stress free. He communicated with my bankers, mortgage lenders, and arranged for a notary to meet with me.
