Mary Lovin is an excellent realtor! She represented us as our Buyer's Agent recently on the purchase of our new home. From the moment we met her, Mary listened to what we were looking for, and she got us in to see our top 3 houses the very next day. By the end of the night, we put in an offer on our favorite, and it was accepted the next day. We closed less that 30 days later. She was very knowledgeable, and her experience showed. Mary would text me reminding me of things that were due like appraisal, home inspection, etc. We never got behind on the paper work, and we felt as if we could reach out to her at anytime for whatever reason. I would definitely recommend Connie Fidler Glassford and the Roberts Brothers team! This was not my first selling of a home, but it was the first time I really felt the agent knew her business.
