Lived here for two years. Maintenance and management were always responsive. Never had an issue that wasn't resolved. They make you pay for professinal cleaning and steaming upon move out, but at least they did return the entirety of the security deposit.

They will be the kindest people when visiting but once you have signed the lease forget about anything !
We were not gone that they let the painter coming in our unit without warning us …
They have a camera in the mai room but someone stole some our packets the week of our departure … they didn’t help for any of this…

Never rent property from them if you can avoid them.

Total Joke! If I could give negative stars I would. Whole management team is not only incompetent, but lazy and disinterested in helping. If nepotism could talk.

Terrible to "work" with. Don't even pay to clean the place for the next residents, they put the onus on current tenants.

I would NEVER recommend leasing an apartment from this company. They are ridiculously rude and take advantage of their tenants.

If you want to see how you will be treated THE DAY AFTER signing a 1 year (which is really only 11 months and 3 weeks because they will not let you move in on the first of the month!) lease with them... then read the attached demeaning 4pg memo listing their rules for you.
