While I won't go into too much detail but I will tell you that I made an offer for a property in March I didn't get a response until April 27 after leaving multiple messages and sending emails. I was told " I didn't write up the offer because I was advised not to..." I was offering cash for the home but my offer wasn't even considered nor negotiated. I continued to try to find out who the owner of the home was spoke to the bank and the bank and realtor ultimately gave me the run around til June 29th. I found out 7/7/2020 that someone is closing on it. I know this was done on purpose, I personal feel that the realtor had "friends" that they wanted to buy and that's why I was never contacted nor my offer was rejected. It seems realtor has personal interest in who they will sell to. If I could give them less than a star I would. So Buyer Beware!
