The worse experience ever I was a single mom of 4 when someone reached out to me I was excited about the help and getting my own apartment long story short the person who helped fill out the papers at the office turned out to be the manager at the apartments I was going to move into it was the worse once I moved in I was on the second floor she was underneath my apartment on the first floor she the manger her self constantly would bang on the ceiling letting me know to be quite I couldn’t even get up after hours to use the restroom because any foot step I took she would bang at the ceiling!! She constantly was reaching out about little minor things like if something in my kitchen got knocked over and made a loud bang there was already an email in the morning for me asking me about the noise ! Worse experience mangers name was Iliana campos I thought about reporting her to the office but I was always to caught up in all the emails she would send about random stuff like and oil stain in my parking space she wanted verification of insurance for my car! Always constant emails and dumb excuses almost an email every day for the 8 months I lived there! I also requested the breakdown of my security deposit and what had been repair after I moved and she never responded my message never got my deposit back and there was little to no damage since I only lived there for a couple months I don’t recommend this kind of help it was the worse I have ever lived so uncomfortable I was appreciative for the help but not with iliana campos she seems nice but is not a person who wants to help anyone just wants to bug people who are just trying to live at peace!!

Wouldn’t trust them. Made my partner and I go in for nothing. Mind you we don’t live close by just to be told they aren’t accepting anymore applications and she mentioned to me this on the phone. She never did. Plus her attitude was trash ,This company is a joke don’t waste your time!

The federal government provides these selfish landlords with enough help to have these places in good condition but they do not care at all about tenants. They have many roaches. They have dangerous cracks on the walls by the parking structure. The parking structure at Durant was recently flooded with dirty sewer water. This hazardous water lasted 1 month until they finally decided to send someone to power wash. It was too late since everyone put that sewer water in their homes after walking in it for so long. They pocket the money that is supposed to be for the tenants. Trash piles up outside and there's currently a surprising amount of flies by the dumpster as they don't care that it's overflowing. The elevator has not been inspected or updated since 2015 according to the ripped up permit that are in there. The roof has holes and mold. We could go on and on but there's not enough space to type in here. I hope the city cares and does something immediately. These people are suffering and need our help.

AMAZING COMPANY!! These people have a level of professionalism you very rarely encounter, it's not just that they're very good at what they do but they go above and beyond for their clients. Gaby Michel their regional manager in particular is just the most awesome person to deal with, it makes a real difference having someone like this in a leadership position and I'm glad I had the chance to interact with her. The on site managers are very professional at lemon grove and citrus grove. They want to help people in their complexes. Gabby at corporate is very nice and helpful. Barry seemed to be very nice at first even though our conversation did not get what I would have liked it did result in a usefull offer and resolution to the issue.since I have the tendency to speak the truth and it sometimes offends people I wish to apologize to anyone at this location that I may have offended and thank them for their help.

I applied in 8/28/2020, I have left messages for the past 3 years; they don’t return call at all. Went today and many other times to the property where I filled out the application and no is ever their regardless what time you go.

Horrible place, these people don't care about anybody. They have new projects coming up and they are stealing hundreds of dollars from people's pre deposits. They claimed because they felt like keeping my deposit for no reason when I was denied a new apartment. Don't be fooled everyone.

This place is a joke I've called left numerous msgs and not once did any one return my call that's enough for me to know that there not worth my time ..they don't even deserve the one star igave them but you have to rate at least that if you want to leave a review..
