Dante is a pleasure to work with! He is quick to respond to requests/emails and quick to get things fixed if needed. He’s always attentive to details and will escalate any issues that arise to make sure we’re happy tenants. Any questions we have, he’s one call away.
Our entire unit was renovated before we moved in and the work him, the landlord and contractors have done is beautiful! The landscaping is also so pretty and it makes me happy when I come home. They’re always looking to upgrade units to make sure we’re comfortable living here.

Dante & Dino were fantastic in helping us move out. They are a wholesome father/son duo and they were very transparent and to the point with my difficult questions that some other property managers would downplay or skirt around. They were willing to work with our difficult timeline as our move-out date was not ideal. I appreciate how responsive and present and accountable they were throughout the process, and they do not feel like a cold corporate entity as we've all dealt with in the past.

I’ve had the pleasure of renting from Advance Investments for ten plus years. I feel like I have always been dealt with respectfully and more than fairly. Any issues that have arisen have been handled in an expedient manner and with sensitivity to my schedule and needs.
The current modernization including website, personalized client profiles, and ability to pay rent and file maintenance requests online has been amazing. Response time on maintenance is above and beyond.
My in person dealings are always pleasant. I have never felt like just a number. This company is a family operation which I personally love.
