Tried renting a property from this company. They took my money for application fee and I provided all paper work. They said I was the top applicant. These people wont return calls, wont answer their phone, wont answer their messages, or emails. I wasted an entire day to drive out and see the property with them ghosting me. The property listed was also way over priced and 100% nothing like in the description or photos listed online. It was also a duplex something else they failed to mention. I pulled up to a yard full of trash. I wasnt able to see inside cause they never showed up or contacted me after I did multiply times. From what I could see through the windows the supposedly newly renovated home was not renovated. The fridge had a dent and missing a handle, the counter had visible damage to it, trash in the yard and the place was just dated and run down looking.

No communication, always there when you’re late in rent tho

Maintenance and pest control never show up, noises neighbors & complaints never rectified

I purchased a house at Red Fish Harbor through A Door Properties about a year ago. My neighbors and I have had numerous issues getting A-Door Properties and the warranty to fix a long list of service requests. A-Door Properties needs to answer how, who, or when; they will start to work on the service requests I have submitted to their warranty webpage. Some of my requests are about a year old.

Poor communication when it comes to completing service request from their warranty webpage. they'll send contractors to your house without any warning, if you're not at home they will reschedule 3 to 6 months down the road. You can never get the to put anything they say in writing.
