Jasmine, Mayumi, and the entire office—completely clueless and utterly unhelpful. If you’re even considering hiring this agency, do yourself a favor and stay far away.

A straightforward task like replacing an amenities fob has dragged on for weeks, despite my visit to their office and agreement to pay. Apparently, because the “appropriate manager” isn’t available to approve it, I’m left waiting indefinitely. Ironically, they only follow protocols when it’s convenient for them, showing zero regard for efficiency or customer service.

Their response times are abysmal, and their customer service is nothing short of a nightmare. This agency has no respect for property owners or tenants, and accountability is nonexistent—from management all the way down to the receptionist. Avoid their services at all costs.

By far the worst property management company i have ever dealt with. Extremely unresponsive, rude and unprofessional. They have dedicated reps for communities who are constantly out of office or "sick" to excuse their lack of response. Simple tasks take weeks to get done, emails are left unanswered and unresolved, follow up is absolutely non existent.

If you're an apartment or and HOA community, please refrain from using this company unless you want your tenants and owners to have a miserable experience.

Tldr: imagine if a property management company was ran as slow as the DMV

I got locked out of my condo at 8pm due to the door malfunctioning . They finally got security to come and fix my door at almost 10:30 after telling me to call them back at 10. Then when I called them I get yelled at by an engineer. Mind you I am heavily pregnantat 9months and already feeling awful. But to get called and yelled at and told that me getting help is a curtesy... that really sent me over the edge . I was very nice however that man was not . Terrible... rude and down right disrespectful. I have nowhere to sleep but my apartment. No family anywhere near here and to hear my emergency be called an inconvenience is just messed up .

I regret to say that my experience with Action Property Management has been profoundly disappointing. After my vehicle was towed from the underground parking garage at Aloft due to a parking misalignment—a mistake rooted in the concierge’s incorrect information and a mishandled tenant registration form—I incurred significant expenses and inconvenience. Despite submitting a reimbursement request for the towing fee and related travel costs, the management has been unresponsive and unhelpful.

My initial request and subsequent follow-up emails have gone unanswered, and I have yet to receive a clear explanation for the denial of my reimbursement request. The lack of communication and transparency from Action Property Management is unacceptable.

Residents deserve prompt and clear responses, especially when management errors cause significant financial and personal inconvenience. Unfortunately, my experience reflects a lack of accountability and poor management practices.

I would caution prospective tenants to be aware of these issues before considering properties managed by Action Property Management. My experience has left me deeply dissatisfied and frustrated.

My sincerest thanks to Action Property Managment for hiring Luis Flores to manage the Aloft front desk. He's a top-notch professional who does exceptional work. He is always pleasant, friendly, helpful, and personable, and he far exceeds his job requirements daily for members of this community, whom he treats like friends and family. In short, he is a godsend, and he represents Action Property Managment and Aloft in the best possible light.

Please ensure that Luis is amply rewarded for his exceptional performance and attention to detail. We need to keep him here!

I had the great pleasure of working with Adrienne Tutty with assisting me and some clients of mine in a condominium complex downtown. She was very responsive, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional! I will be referring Action Property management for more clients of my own. She truly represents the owners of the properties she manages well and you can tell she keeps their best interest first!

I'm not even moved into my apartment yet and I couldn't even get any real help from this company. I been effectively communicating with them via email that I had a large delivery coming in and all they've sent me were policies for when I can have the item delivered, mind you a phone call would have been sufficient. One person never even bother returning my emails and the other just repeated the same information. I work during the normal day like normal people so why can't I have the item delivered on the weekend? Would it have been too much trouble to lend a moment of your time to help a resident abide by the rules you set and managed over the delivery within the property? I've never stressed this much over moving in and I haven't moved in yet. I'll change my rating if I experience anything worth changing for.

Update: They haven't done anything that warrant improvement but the rules on packages and deliveries and it's fines should be better explained so I'm not thinking I'm going to get fined for getting things delivered without me being home.

These guys were hired by my previous HOA to be the community property manager and they were honestly awful. The HOA board was terrible too, so I'm not surprised they picked a terrible company to represent our interests and never got rid of them.

It's funny the word "action" is used for the company name because they are not quick to take any serious action at all. I will say that most of the building engineers we had, especially Brandon (RIP) and Eddie (awesome guy) were great.

Other than that, I've got nothing nice to say about them other than I'm glad I don't have to deal with them anymore.
