I am so glad I came to Ace Tax and Realty as a first time homeowner! Before Armando, I had a different seller agent that didn't work out after listing my house on the market for a year. I took it off the market and later screened and spoke to many other agents and compared their net sheets. I was not very impressed with the other agents that I talked to (including red fin). I'm so glad that I went with my gut instinct and ultimately decided to go with Armando as he sold a house similar to mine down the street. His net sheet and his fees that he gave me was fair and accurate and reasonable. Other agents was listing a ton of fees that was just ridiculous nickeling and diming little stupid things. Armando believed in my listing price and said that it was fair and very realistic. The other agents didn't think my price was realistic and had wanted me to sell my house for significantly less (easier to sell of course if you're going to lowball yourself. Don't sell your self short.). I had invested a lot of money into solar panels, and other agents did NOT understand the value of solar panels nor how to price the solar panels into my selling cost. I did not want to sell my house for less than my house value + my solar panel. And Armando believed I didn't have to sell myself short just to get rid of the house. After less than 2 months on the market Armando came through! I got MORE than I had expected from selling my house with the solar panels and didn't have to lose any money in the process. Armando went above and beyond was willing to do whatever it took AND did whatever he could to get my house sold and he definitely was on the ball making sure that the seller and their lender completed their part. He even got me extra money from the buyer delaying on escrow. Overall, I am so glad I decided to choose Armando as my agent. I highly recommend Armando to anybody who has solar panels with their house. I can't say enough about my awesome experience working with him!

The owner of the Place was able to answer all my income tax questions. And I was able to get my general tax questions answered in order to move forward with my tax preparation without having to do my taxes there. I learned that he also sales home, so i strongly recommend him to buy a house in the near future. Great Place and Friendly Environment!
