Be very wary of going into any kind of arrangement with access Realty. There were many red flags going in, but the kicker was after the lease was done. My daughter rented a house from Yelena Petroukhina, which is managed by Rocky Hermann from Access Realty. She was in their office and let them know that she was not going to renew asking how to proceed, and they told her that she would not have to bother sending in written notice since she was giving them notice in person, and that she would get her deposit back as long as she passed inspection. Suffice to say, she passed inspection with flying colors and they refused to give her back her deposit claiming that she” did not send in written notice 30 days prior”. These people are veritable snakes in the grass. Not to mention they were very nonresponsive anytime there were problems with the house. They take advantage of young people with little resources because they think they can get away with it. They’re not going to like it, but they’re going to get complaints filed against them with the Arkansas real estate commission, the Arkansas landlords association, and the Arkansas attorney generals office. I tried resolving this without filing complaints, but they are very sleazy and refused to answer emails or letters sent to their office. They ghosted my daughter and me. Frankly I don’t see how they stay in business. It doesn’t take long in a community this size to sully ones own reputation. Don’t trust anything they tell you… If you can help it don’t do business with them at all!

Rocky sold a home to my 79yr old mother, the house inspection review had several red line item’s needing attention,
- Downstairs heat pump unit has condensate catch pans in the cold air return space below it and (old) condensate marks on HVAC unit supporting floor above it to indicate an ongoing condensate leak in this area: It may be from older/replaced HVAC unit and not the current, newer HVAC unit but Inspector cannot determine for sure, therefore recommend getting more information or having HVAC technician evaluate.
Fuel Burning Heater - General
- Recommend a competent Licensed HVAC contractor inspect, evaluate, and repair
deficiencies (to current code requirements as required).
Service Panel-Condition
- Panel has a ground wire and a ground rod but they are not connected, therefore the
house is not properly grounded.
Electrical-Checklist
- Some recessed can lights in kitchen and great room slowly blink on/off and one bulb in kitchen area is flickering (OPINION, NOT GUARANTEE: Most older can lights need to be ventilated/not insulated in ceiling above them or they trip built in thermal overload switch and shut down till they cool off and turn back on. The flickering bulb is usually indicative of a compact fluorescent type bulb getting ready to burn out. The newer LED bulbs do not generate the heat that standard incandescent bulbs do and often times replacing the on/off blinking bulbs with LED bulbs stops that problem.)
Faucet and Shower Heads
- Upstairs guest suite bathroom sink and upstairs hall bathroom left sink water pressure to
Hot side of faucet is noticeably lower than the Cold side of the faucet.
Water Heater Installation
- Heater water temperature measured at 123 F. CAUTION: Temperatures higher than 120 F
can cause burns.
Kitchen Equipment
- Dishwasher door leaks water on floor at lower left corner (may be related to hinge problem). '- Gas stove top burners will not light and they may not be getting any gas.
Rocky did a poor job, he just wanted to make the sale, and he did. We are stuck making the repairs.
I wouldn’t recommend this realtor to sale anything for anyone.

Dont believe the 4.1 stars. They are lies. Today is September 20, 2023. This is another update. The roof had to be replaced at the home that was purchased from Access Realty. As suspected, broken pieces of paneling all over the place. Some of the panels even had holes in them. I'm not surprised at all. Rocky Herman's handymen patched up a roof instead of repairing it properly!!! IF YOU WANT A HOUSE THAT YOU YOURSELF HAVE TO GET REPAIRED, THEN BUY ONE FROM ACCESS REALTY!! Today is December 20, 2022. This is an update. The house that Access sold is nothing but problems. Sewer, electrical panels, walls, water leaks, and ductwork are all broken. BUYERS BEWARE!!!! This is another addition. DO NOT BUY A HOUSE FROM ACCESS REALTY! He works with people who buy foreclosures without inspecting the house. Waits for the buyer's inspection reports. So the non visual things that you can't see and that the inspector can't see goes unrepaired. They do pseudo repairs to pass inspection to make it look as if the house is safe. BUYERS BEWARE. This is an AWFUL company. DO NOT BUY A HOUSE FROM Access Reality, aka KIRK "ROCKY" HERMAN He is one of those people who is so rude, heartless. He sells houses that are not worth anything. Bad plumbing, electrical issues is what my friend is going through. His electrian and plumber don't know that they can do better. Every area of the house is improperly repaired. Black community beware of this man and this company.April 2, 2024 update. I have seen a few places that are being sold by this company. They look horrible. Buyers beware. This is not a good company to buy a house or anything else from. This is a continuation of the disastrous things that happens when you buy a home from this company. Save yourself the trouble.......DON'T BUY IT. THE HOMES THAT THEY SELL ARE WORTHLESS AND FULL OF PROBLEMS.

I have been in my apartment ONE WEEK. I have a mini pool in my apartment, lighting issues, and a big yard that HAS NOT been maintained. The are slow to respond and take action. I was told that I would have to maintain my yard, BUT it should have been maintained while the property was vacant and it HAS NOT!!!! Now I'm facing a $150 yard bill in order to get the yard back to how it should already be. I have NEVER dealt with a management company that didn't make sure the property is up to pare before the tenant moves In. This DID NOT HAPPEN. And now those things are falling on me!!! I wish I could deal with the property owner personally. The access reality staff is rude and short with people and I HATE calling their office. They act as if they they dont like dealing with people. No customer service skills at all. I wish I could post pics but I dont want to make the actual property look bad when it's her management company.

My agent is Rocky Herman and is amazing. He sold us our first home over 8 years ago. He is very knowledgeable and experienced. We always purchase our homes through him.

Paul is the rudest, most argumentative person in this opposition that I've met. Doesn't take ownership of boys faults, just point the blame. I've been in a unit under him over 60 days, still waiting on repairs to be done that the city inspector sent a list for.

I wouldn't ever deal with Curtis Walker again he is a slum landlord and the man that is at access Reality is very good at handling business .The it issues I'm having is this Slum landlord NOT wanting to fix nothing.
