Amazing company! Absolutely the friendliest staff. 100% recommend They helped us in so many ways moving in! Donna and Ken are not only great people, but great at what they do! Mrs Barb was so professional and nice during the tour of the home and answered all my questions, she had 7 showings that day on just this home. And still so nice! The property I toured was wonderfully kept and the person who showed it was very friendly. However, my experience with them was terribly frustrating due to them putting down my contact information wrong, and then after I clarified it they got it wrong AGAIN. They had told me I would be the first to apply once they sent me an email, as there were no other applicants. I waited, and reached out when I did not get a email in a couple days. They then apologized and saw their second mistake, but at that point they had already sent an application to another person. We missed out on a great property because they made the same mistake twice and they barely acknowledged their mistake in their response to my frustration, and instead suggested I take a look at other properties on their site I might be interested in.

These people were very fair with me. Although I didn’t rent through them for a long period of time; the interaction I did have was pleasant. They returned all of my security deposit minus the cost of carpet which was expected because it was part of our lease agreement. Unfortunately I just didn’t have the time to schedule an appointment for cleaning. Unlike most rental properties who try to find excuses to keep your security deposit, this company was honest and for that I would recommend them. Honest businesses are hard to find anymore.

Renters Beware!
Do not trust this company!

My family & I rented a property on the corner of Michelbook Ln. and Baker Creek Rd. in McMinnville. We took immaculant care of this property inside and out for the 4 years we maintained tenancy. The house was clean but in original condition when we moved in, iy had old broken blinds throughout, original "stained" carpet, outdated kitchens appliances & bathrooms, walls hadn't been painted since new construction in 1989. We paid $2,000 on top of our deposit money when moving in to paint the interior walls because we couldn't stand how dirty it felt. We had to live with the old carpet, outdated bathrooms, kitchen / appliances and HVAC system. We paid a professional landscaper to maintain the exterior landscaping weekly, front and back and always had the place looking sharp! We also paid for countless minor repairs and routine maintaince over that 4 year period.

However, none of that mattered at the end of our contract. When it came down to it when we vacated the property, this management company assisted the Trustee in stealing almost $3000 worth of deposit money from My family.

CROOKS!

They claim we didn't care for the exterior landscaping and charged us to replace the 30 year old blinds, all of which was original to the house when it was built in 1989, we moved in 2019. So 30 year old blinds and landscaping!

The new renters have the property in horrible condition.

These crooks used Our deposit money to make improvements to this property and then turned around and rented it for 15% more per month.

Access Property Management really is top notch. They manage a rental property for me, and I will say, all property management agencies are NOT the same. Barbara has proven to be diligent in communication. She is thorough in inspections, even taking the time to text me pictures during the process. She know the laws and her agency operates with integrity. They actively manage our property... they don't just sit back and collect a check every month. They take care of the tenants, and they take care of us. They want to do right by all parties. We have placed our trust in them, and they take that very seriously. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. I can't speak highly enough!!
