Very grateful to ABM Management (ABM), our HOA. High integrity. Fiscal responsibility. Goodness. Righteousness. These are words I would describe ABM over time, every time. I have worked with more than one property management and ABM is THE BEST. They care about people, their residents, and the property. ABM has shown a level of integrity that makes sense, every time. I have lived under their leadership for the length of time and I have seen how they make decisions through the thick and thin and they have it right. Yes, ABM has: Fiscal responsibility. Kindness. Goodness. What is right to do according to long-term sustainability and helping people who are fiscally responsible themselves at a high level too. We are a community with 24/7 security, which is rare, even in this area. The landscaping is conscientiously and beautifully done. The high level of maintenance is regular. Play grounds. Tennis courts. Volleyball courts. Basketball courts. Picnic areas. Heated pools. Spas. Recent remodeling. Quiet. Wonderful neighbors. Early this year, I went to a Waldorf Astoria Resort in Hawaii, a world-renowned resort, and I realized that our community is on par with that level of service, beauty and weather. I recently got a misapplied payment fixed and the employees over at ABM did a fantastic job walking me through the necessary steps on fixing this payment. It seemed like they were busy and had a lot of calls when I reached out, but they resolved this issue in a quick manner.

Absolute SCAM of an HOA. DO NOT PURCHASE A HOME IF ABM PROPERTY IS YOUR HOA. Starting 2022 all the home owners are now forced to pay $3600+ for fire insurance because supposedly the insurance company raised their prices due to the fires around the neighborhood and ABM is reaching into our pockets to cover the pay.

They are also quick to site your cars in the parking lots and force you to pay $150 w/o an appeal.

ABM property management is the worst HOA that ever exists, I cant wait to sell my property and gtfo out of there.

Thank you to the Melissa and Jackie over at ABM. We closed and the transition wasn’t easy but it was a lot less frustrating than I expected. All document were pretty straightforward and if we had any questions they were more than happy to answer.
