Don’t rent from these people. They don’t fix anything. House was not clean, mice droppings everywhere, roaches, trash in every room, and the back yard was worst. I still paid the 2 times the rent for deposit. Don’t rent from Abel property management, I’m sure they’ll answer this review before any of my work orders I put in online their website like they said to do.

I LOVE HOW EVERYONE HAS THEIR OWN DEPARTMENT TO WORK ON THINGS. FOR EXAMPLE, IF I HAD A MAINTENANCE REQUEST THE GIRLS WHO ANSWER THE PHONE WILL TRANSFER ME TO MAINTENANCE. BEING IN THIS INDUSTRY MYSELF FOR 14 YEARS LET ME SAY AS A MANAGER WHO DOES IT ALL.......ITS NICE TO KNOW THERE ARE MANAGEMENTS WHO CARE BOUT THEIR EMPLOYEES MENTAL HEALTH. 👌💋

Hello I put a deposit down for $1,000 towards ------ Street property about a month ago on September 12th 2023 , I was told it would take about a week to be ready and still no call or update as of today October , 7 , 2023 and I have called and got no answer or set date to move in. I have called the maintenance # you gave me but no answer. It would be nice to know if your management team cared enough to find out what is my exact move in date or when should the apartment be ready. I have not got a call or update and I placed the deposit on September 12 2023. I have contacted your office numerous times but no definitive answer or understanding has been established. I do need an update at the least from your management team on when the property ------------- will be available for me to move in. I can not rely on someone telling me a week then in a week turns into another month then I call and get no answer.

I have to admit, out of all the property management companies in town and the sad stories you hear about them, able management is amazing. I witnessed it today for myself taking a friend to try and save her place. She gave them everything she had and needed a lil more time. They worked out an agreement with her and showed compassion. Something that seemed to have disappeared was shown today. So they get 5stars for being human and professional.. ❤️

Horrible company they never keep up with maintenance. They took forever to fix the roof and toilet. You have to constantly call them for maintenance and they always call the wrong people for the job. They have the worst attitude when you are asking for assistance. Till this day they have not fixed the molding in the roof and my family has to live like this until they decide to do something. I have called multiple times I have sent letters and I’ve have went in person to make reports years later still nothing. My restroom has a legit hole on the floor when you get out of the shower you just fall right in I’ve gotten injured many times and with kid in this house . It is NOT SAFE.

Don’t rent from the apartments on panorama drive unless you want to live in a roach infested, with a molded bathroom beat up apartment . They are cheap but you truly get what you pay for here. There is not a manager on site , so people are filthy as they can be. Lease agreement said no pets were allowed but yet others had dogs and did not pick up the feces around the property. Also , they let full trash bags pile up outside their door which would explain the roaches.
Not only do they violate their end of the lease agreement , but you don’t get your full security deposit back . I only stayed there for 6 months and left the apartment as is, but maintenance decided to charge me up to $400 for “carpet cleaning and wall painting” and for damage that was there before.
Horrible experience and disgusting apartments.
