I had a conversation with Chris Davidson over the phone and managed to negotiate 80% of a car deal before even setting foot in the showroom. We were both upfront with each other, which made the process smooth. I had a trade-in vehicle with over 150,000 miles, and Chris was able to get me 90% of what I wanted for it, which helped reduce my payments. The remaining 10% was added to my monthly payment, but considering the mileage on my trade-in, it was a fair deal. Chris even took the hit from his boss to make it happen. In the end, I drove away with a new truck and the same monthly payments. Chris showed great respect and confidence, especially impressive given that he's only been a car salesman for four months.

My five Star is strictly for the service advisor. For exactly that his service if I could give a two star review, I would for the tech department. Even though I paid a hefty amount for this preventing maintenance. If you come into this place and they cannot replicate the situation you will be charged. I’ve had a few incidents since I bought my truck last year And I need to record them just to prove at times. Even that they don’t want to accept. That’s where I come and thinking this is all a gimmick then ! I had an issue one time with my AC. They kept my truck for over a week. They couldn’t figure it out because they couldn’t replicate. I came back in with the problem happening in front of them, and they finally accepted to fix it even though I purchased the extended warranty, blah blah blah prevent maintenance, blah blah blah nonsense. So it was my condenser that went out. Had another problem with my AC turned out to be my blower this time. This I had an issue with my display screen for the radio. They tell me there is no software update and that’s about it. $250 charge they wanted for diagnosis fee. Ridiculous. I feel I might go on a huge rant so I might as well just stop. Just be aware Of diagnosis fees Even if you have the preventative maintenance, premium plan.

Luis is the best. He showed us some of the vehicles that were on the lot, loved the way he explain the pricing and details. Not ready to buy but definitely coming back with my sister when we she decides on the color. Glad they hire good and nice salesman now days.
