I fly all over the country for construction projects, and I rent tools in every town. My experience with the gentlemen at AAA was hands down the best service I've ever received. I rented the little giant ladder and later came back for a hammer drill. The transaction was incredibly fast and painless. The equipment was well maintained and returning it was super easy. And by super easy, they handed me the paperwork and I didn't even realize they started the return. They even noticed that I'm a veteran on my Florida ID and gave me a military discount. Great experience and made the hard life on the road much easier. Thanks guys!

these guys are awesome! great deal on a mini x over labor day weekend. hassle free rental, great customer service, and great little machine that did what I needed.
update-i live in Rogers, ar. and I'm done with my rental. how do I return it being it's Sunday evening? I can't be here when you're open again. do I just take it with me? leave it out front? this is a real pickle I'm in.

I just gotten off the phone with a gentleman at the front desk. I am doing a this weekend and I called to check tool availability. It was my first time calling or potentially utilizing AAA, so I wasn’t sure how they operated or what the rates were. The gentleman seemed very impatient with answering my questions and audibly sighed to let me know of his frustration with my questions.

Stump grinder had completely shot teeth on it, and the lift we rented from them was not charged or the motor filled up with gas.

Great place to Rent equipment. Brian is so very nice and helpful. I rented a Mini X this weekend for a project. It was a brand new never been used yet. This is the third item I have rented from them and all their machines seem in great shape.
