We’ve been renting a home managed by AAA for over 2 years. The entire process has been great - they were quick to schedule our home viewing, process our applications, and get us approved. While living here, we’ve contacted them for minor maintenance items on multiple occasions and they’ve always been super responsive (often times within just a couple of hours of submitting a request), sent someone out quickly (often the same day), and they’ve always been super accommodating. They have a portal that we set up auto-pay for rent, upload documents, and communicate with them on so everything feels super smooth and simple. Honestly, the best experience I’ve had with a property management company.

We have had a rental home in Walnut Creek with AAA Property Management for about 8 years and I live several hours away, Larry and his staff have always taken very good care of our home and any repairs that have been needed are promptly taken care of quickly and reasonably.
Whenever a tenant moved out they had the home ready and leased within 30 days. They are far above the competition I would highly recommend them.

I had a rental property in Martinez that was managed by AAA Property Management (Concord), for the entire nine years I owned it. It was the only investment property I had ever owned and because I live about an hour away, I thought I would benefit from having a property manager that was close to my rental. I chose AAA after speaking with another local property manager who charged more and was not very friendly or polite.

From the beginning, Larry Sr., Larry Jr., Alex, Patty, Cheri, Rich and their entire team was friendly, professional, prompt with all communication and responded quickly to any issues or concerns of the tenants or myself. I believe it was rented three times over the nine years and each time Alex found good tenants who treated my property with respect as if it was their own home.

When the washer overflowed and caused a leak that went through the floor and the ceiling below, Larry Jr. contacted me immediately, offering solutions and contractors to call that would eradicate the flooding, open up and begin drying the soaked ceiling. He also communicated directly with the tenants to assure them he was teaming with me to make sure it had as little impact on them as possible. I ended up having to file a claim with my homeowner's insurance and Larry continued to be the liaison between the tenants and myself and even spoke with my insurance company a couple of times to fill in details. i had no experience with this kind of home damage and repair, so Larry’s knowledge of contractors to do the repair work was invaluable! Using their referrals and having AAA keep track of all the contractors and costs helped make the entire situation resolve as seamlessly as possible.

When I would call their office, my first contact was usually with Patty or Cheri. They were always friendly and professional, often having to relay messages between the tenants and myself several times for any issue, repair or concerns. I really appreciated their patience and hard work. During the entire nine years, I don’t recall the staff every changing. Retaining qualified, professional team members is the ultimate sign that a company hires the best and treats them right and that is extremely important to me.

I recently sold the rental to purchase another property that is not in the area, and chose to hire Larry Jr. be my real estate agent. Just like during the prior nine years, Larry’s friendly, professional and prompt service surpassed my expectations! From listing to showing, to negotiating, dealing with the overwhelming amount of paperwork, to tying up every loose end at close of escrow, Larry was there for me, often working late hours to make sure all of my questions were answered and necessary details completed.

I learned over the years the value of having a truly qualified and committed team like Larry’s. To sum it up, my experience with AAA Property Management in Concord leaves me with gratitude for their professionalism and efficiency. I was always confident that my property was in good hands and in the end I feel I made friends.

Absolutely horrible experience working with AAA. We had maintenance issues that were put off for weeks, leaving us to deal many sleepless nights. They DO NOT put the renter first. Do not expect to see much of your deposit back no matter how great/clean of a condition you leave your apartment in. Would not recommend.

One star is a bit much. They have no integrity as they just what they thought I wanted to hear which was untrue. They promised the security deposit by the 21st day, if course untrue. I had s pre walk through and completed everything on the list which included professional cleaning of the condo and carpet and painting. They said it wasn't done and withheld 800$ of my deposit. Now they wont return my calls. Not a company with integrity, I'm very disappointed

When we moved out they charged us for hauling items that we left for the neighbor man to pick up and donate to a local church. The man was nice enough to help give these items to someone in need. After numerous times to resolve the issue they have decided to ignore us and not give us our deposit money we deserve. Do not go through them they are dishonest! They are not professional at all.

They were suppose to get rid of a odor and redo the kitchen counters. They contracted a contractor who subcontracted what looked like a junkie. The contractor got a sweeter deal by redoing the cabinets too. They replaced the brand new oven as well. He cut our counter piece short, leaving a cut visible through the counter, left us without an oven vent, didn't seal the bottom of the cabinets, did a very half ass tile job as decoration for the wall, left us with a triple lightbulb installation with unique lightbulb sizes(replacing the single regular bulb socket), left the tile decoration incomplete and covered in plaster. Didn't seal where the cabinets met the floor, only after we mentioned it did he return to cover it with rubber(not sealed). We ended up with a lot less drawers which were twice as small. They didn't get rid of the odor and the landlord decided to just evict us and sell the house, we were there for around 17 years. Whats sickening is the guy in charge Larry Daily Sr. while discussing the odor issue in person because he kept dodging our situation after many calls and complaints, threatened to convince the landlord to sell the house.
