I began leasing a home from A&S Properties in 2008 and remained a tenant until I purchased a home this year. I had a totally positive experience with them and with the homes I leased and highly recommend them as they were always very responsive to any concerns or needs I had with the property. In leasing three different properties from A&S during that period, I was always pleased with their properties and management.

BEWARE! The owners can and will invoke the clause in the lease that says they can end the lease at any time for any reason. Under this clause, they do not have to give written or verbal warning that there is a problem, or give you time to fix it. It happened to me twice. The first time it happened, I was called out of the blue and was given 24 hours on a holiday weekend to relocate my foster child "or else". I had written permission from them to have a foster child and had no prior warning that they had an issue with the foster child. It took 36 hours to relocate him and I was still asked to leave. I got an attorney and owners changed their mind and renewed my lease. Second time, almost a year later, I was told to leave by text message for a reason that had nothing to do with the lease. I had no choice but to move. I always thought that if a person is not in violation of the lease they should have an expectation of continuous housing.
That was my experience, anyway. Hope yours is different. I'm writing this review because I would never want anyone else to experience the loss of money, time and peace of mind that I did while living there. So if you're going to live there, just know that the landlords will ask you to leave even if you're following every single rule in the lease. They operate in Gray areas and make emotional decisions, so just beware.

Owners are amazing people! They treat us great, they actually care about us. And they take great care of their properties!!! Most definitely the best landlords I’ve ever had!

Anyone not saying good things about this company or the owners, MUST have done something wrong!
The owners are good people with a great reputation.
Anything less than that, is a lie!!!

This is our second year with Suzan and Andy. They are the best people to rent from. It’s really hard to find affordable rental property in Guntersville. If you have the opportunity to rent from them, I highly recommend ?
