Purchased a used l39 backhoe from Daniel Sawyer, the process was quick and he answered any questions I had, he wasn’t pushy or overbearing, it was pretty much here it is, this is what I know about it, your are welcome to check it out in anyway you want and let me know what you think. The only thing that made me somewhat uneasy was that I was 4 hours from home and the arms for the 3 point hitch couldn’t be found. I wanted to take them with me when I left because I didn’t sign any kind of “owed to me” paperwork. But I was assured that I would get them and when my tractor was delivered the next morning, it was greased and full of fuel with the arms for the 3 point hitch in the bucket like I was told they would be. I will likely do business again in the future. I wish they were my local dealer.

So far so good. Was on the fence on deciding between a John Deere and a Kubota tractor of the same horsepower. Received positive support from both the service department on my old tractor and sales team on a possible trade in and was made an offer that was so much better than John Deere for almost the same tractor that the Kubota was hard to refuse. The deal is currently still in progress so I reserve my final rating until I see how the post sales treatment pans out.

Daniel Sawyer and his employees are the best. I have never seen custom service like this. They went above and beyond to help me out. I feel like I didn't only buy a great machine but a even greater service. Hands down this was the best experience and customer satisfaction I have ever had buying anything

We didn't realize it at the time but this business sold us a used trailer with no MSO so we are unable to tag the trailer. Many attempts have been made to contact the company and work something out to no avail. Would not recommend doing business with this establishment. They are very nice up front but once they have your money they are no help at all.

Great ppl experienced knowledgeable very friendly. All my times there I've dealt with Mr. Ronnie very nice guy knows about the equipment he is selling keeps you in the loop of what's going on if you have to wait a few days just a great business all around

Facility was clean, parking was easy. People were friendly and knowledgeable. Bill in sales took time to show me all my options, and even work out three separate quotes for different equipment on the lot, and coming in next week.. will gladly be making my purchases through Monroeville Kubota.

Pork chop pork chop greasy greasy this Kubota service is NOT so smooth and easy. Had my MX6000 tractor in gave them three tasks to do. Picked up my tractor this morning after two and a half months and one of the three task were completed. This is after multiple calls to check on the status of the tractor and all three tasks. Then being told the tractor was complete and ready to be picked up. They only completed the big ticket item that was a insurance claim replacing a wire harness. The ignition switch is not straight and now when the key is off when pointing to the Acc mode. The smaller tasks were left undone. I guess they just ran out of time or maybe they only do big jobs.
