My partner and I recently moved into The Suffolk, and the entire process was impressively quick and easy. From approval to move-in, everything went seamlessly. Luke is amazing—responsive and attentive—he made the leasing process straightforward and stress-free! The concierge, staff, and entire management team have also been wonderful, incredibly friendly, welcoming, and ready to help with any questions or needs. The building itself is beautifully designed and well-maintained, with spacious common areas (including conferences rooms and enclosed privacy pods), a well-equipped gym (including a yoga room), and a fantastic rooftop with a sitting pool and stunning views! For anyone who enjoys cooking, the gas stove and full oven are also a huge benefit over the smaller convection ovens offered in many of the other newer buildings. We are so happy to call The Suffolk home and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live!

We just moved in and have been so impressed with the whole process and the building in general! Especially coming from some less than awesome experiences in our previous buildings. Luke gave us our apartment tour and was super friendly and made the application process a breeze. Adonis walked us through our apartment on move-in to make sure we understood everything. The concierge staff have been lovely as well. Everyone is really responsive and we feel at home here!

Let me start by saying that The Suffolk is an amazing building to live in. The design, staff & amenities were very carefully thought out. I feel that the entire front desk staff and the porters are truly amazing. They are friendly, professional and pay very close attention to detail. Whenever I put in a maintenance request or even reach out to management my concerns are immediately addressed as if I’m the only tenant in the building. And to top it off Adrian puts together the best events for the residents. He always brings great vibes & makes sure there is something for EVERYONE. Every month the events just get better and better. Looking forward to what he comes with next. Thank you to The Suffolk staff, management & Adrian for making my experience unforgettable.

Honestly, I don't think Suffolk is really worth such a high rent. Even though the studios are quite large, they can cost $5000+. Many other buildings, even in Manhattan, offer 1B1B apartments for less than this price, but the services and rules should not be this high. The building management has a very negative attitude towards visitors. If you invite your friends into your home, they always require you to send the request 72 hours before your friend comes, which is really ridiculous. You are hardly making new friends here. The move-out can be a nightmare; the front desk might not allow your moving-out company to come up and say you should move all your furniture by yourself!

Furthermore, the management failed to consider the viewpoints of the tenants when addressing potential issues. If you order fresh food from Amazon Fresh or Whole Food Market, they won't allow the food to be sent directly to your apartment; they put it all in the package room! There will be no refrigerator in the package room; they recorded those food packages even after 12 hours after delivery, so you can pick them up! Therefore, many foods, such as ice cream or meat, are susceptible to spoilage and should be frozen immediately to prevent food waste and financial loss. If Suffolk is truly committed to maintaining building safety, I recommend implementing measures such as requiring tenants to scan their keys to use the elevators and stairs.

Additionally, the lounge is frequently closed, making it impossible for you to use it for homework, and many resources are challenging to access. One good thing about Suffolk is that most staff are enthusiastic and will walk into your apartment on the first day you move in.

Blown away by the warmth everywhere from the staff to the building design. Fantastic experience from walking through the door. Luke showed us the building and made my partner and I feel like this was the place for us. It's a new part of town for us, but after Luke showed us around we knew we had to be here. It has been a great experience with a real community feel. That's only possible with such kind and welcoming staff. If you're at all interested, I would highly recommend touring the facility, especially with Luke.

The Suffolk is a well-maintained residential building with a great living environment. The building is always clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Adonis, the super, is particularly outstanding—always quick to address any issues and keeps everything running smoothly. Highly recommend this place for its excellent management and overall upkeep

Adrian is the absolute best!!! Every single event we go to that he has organized, he is so kind, pleasant and makes the whole event a party! He is so welcoming and makes everything he hosts the most amazing night for everyone involved. He knows how to put together all of the details, has cocktails involved and snacks and is known by everyone to be so loving and nice! He makes a point to know everyone by name and makes a specific kind relationship with all of the tenants. He makes everyone laugh and it makes my day to see his face at every event. Adrian deserves the best and I’m so grateful to have him here at the Suffolk!

Just the delight of moving in to signing to viewing the Suffolk has been so easy to do. Before here I was searching for almost a year trying to get a home I can create with my children. As a single mom of 3 Demi has made the process easier for me. When viewing the apartment to signing I felt she ensured that we would be in this building. Since being here the staff has just kept up with those great expectations. I am really big on customer service and from Sarahi at the concierge to maintenance has made me and my children feel amazing and welcomed.
Need to mention Adrian and the monthly building gatherings we get high class experiences from poets, singers, roof top festivities and group work outs it is just as a single mom from Brooklyn needs to be introduced to this high class experience. Overall a wonderful experience
