I came to Chicago last May for a two-year work assignment. Being from Switzerland and not knowing anyone here, I searched for apartment rentals online and found PPM. I scheduled an appointment for a visit and met Larisa, one of the property managers/leasing agents. She was incredibly kind and took all the time needed to answer my numerous questions. She showed me not one, but five different apartments. I chose the one in the building where her office is located.

Larisa went above and beyond to expedite the leasing process, helping me avoid a prolonged hotel stay. I am very grateful for all she has done. The entire building team, including Danny, the building engineer, are very professional and kind, and I am very happy in my new home.

The PPM building is very clean 24/7 and in a quiet cozy neighborhood. It's a 10 mins walk from Michigan lake.
Agent Bogdan made the leasing process very feasible especially that I was outside the country. He made the time convenient to my friend so that my friend goes and sees the apartment and I see it via video call. Even after arriving he was very helpful with the settling process with his advice on how to set the apartment.
