I recently sold my two parcels of land in California Valley to The
Burtello Group. My agent was named Matt Burton. Because I had two
parcels the transaction was a little complicated. Matt was able to
combine the two transactions and I was satisfied with the results. He
was able to follow through with the terms of our agreement and do all
the paperwork . I would recommend the Burtello Group to anyone wishing
to sell their land!

These guys are a bunch of crooks - they send out unsolicited letters to buy 750K property for 7K. Complete waste of printing/postage costs - somebody needs to smack some intelligence into these guys.

In response to what the Burtello group said - I am not upset by the mailer. I am just stating that these guys seem to be trying to cheat people - hoping that somebody doesn't read the numbers and accepts their low ball offer. This is meant others to not do business with these people.
