I’m so excited to see all the recent changes that are quite frankly, long overdue. We’re getting frequent, thorough communication regarding building cleaning and maintenance and it’s actually being followed through with. Today, we saw new pillows at the pool too. It looks fantastic and gives a whole new feel to the place.

Our lease is up in October and we were definitely looking at other options, but since this new manager came I think her name is Jenny, we might actually stay. Things are certainly getting a lot better around here! Rumor has it that we’re getting the cold brew back too - can’t wait yay!

I relocated back to Arizona last spring and once I toured Icon @ Cooley Station, I stopped looking ! I immediately felt it to be my new home ! From the spacious and modern units, state of the art community center, fully equipped fitness center( including 3 private workout pods), the pool and sky deck, this community is unrivaled. This last year has flown by so quickly and there has been some change. But Sonia and her team have been a refreshing reset for the community ! I am excited about the new terrain, community newsletter, frequent events, food trucks, game nights and more ! If you’re searching for your new place to call home, look no further. This place has ups and downs, but lately someone (or some people) on the 4th floor is letting their dog poop all over the place. In the hallways. In multiple stair cases. It's everywhere and it has become unavoidable to walk by dog poop inside the building. It's been going on for months (reached out to management, no response) and I feel like I'm living in a litter box. I've never encountered an issue like this, and since the place is almost never cleaned the pieces of poop just sit there for days if not weeks at a time, and they're never fully cleaned, so specs of dog poop are laying around everywhere or squished into the floor. For me, this is a major health concern. The pictures below are all separate instances, and only a fraction of what has occurred.

I’ve had an amazing experience living here! The management team is responsive and truly cares about the residents. The amenities are top-notch, with a well-maintained fitness center and a beautiful pool area. The building is always clean and secure, making it feel like home. Plus, the location is perfect—close to everything you need. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming community!

Where do I start with this place. The property itself is beautiful but the management company has run it in the ground. Amenities are always broken.(hot tub and pool are green, package locker broken for months, broken doors etc). They had 4 property managers within a year that I lived there. My shower was broken for 3 months because none of them could figure out where to order the part. The last manager Jenny who is no longer with them did the best she could but still wasn’t enough. The leasing agents Jazmine and Caleb are the two most condescending people I’ve ever met. They consistently talk to residents like they are gods of our lives and that they can make or break us. The new property manager Monica doesn’t seem much better nor their regional manager Zach I believe who won’t take a call from a resident to save their lives. When I moved out they never recorded my 60 day notice so up until the day rent was due I had to call about 100 times together them to fix it so I could pay rent. Long and the short beware of this company. I wish the best for them but man do they need some help.

We moved into Alta @ Cooley Station back in July 2023. Since then it has become Icon @ Cooley Station and I am very pleased will all of the changes that came with new management. There's been more engagement with residents through communication portals, trivia nights, food trucks, and now we're even getting a new coffee machine! They've updated a lot of the old furniture and cushions that completely fell apart in the AZ sun.

We love the location of the complex being walkable to the Verde and Fry's, and didn't want to leave when our lease was expiring. However, the location of our unit just didn't match with our lifestyle. We inquired with Caleb and Jenny about transferring to a different unit we saw open up and they have been extremely helpful in making this process as smooth as possible as well as within our preferred time frame. Extremely grateful and happy to stay at Icon!

I've toured many apartment properties and narrowed my selection down to 2 properties, that just happen to be sister properties. Both Elevation at the Village and ICON @ Cooley Station are amazing properties with resort-style amenities. Both locations have great staff that are very kind and helpful. I ended up selecting ICON and that is because of the personal touch and attention that Jenny (The Manager) showed me.
Jenny is warm and very welcoming and made me feel like we were friends for a while, even though it was the first time meeting her. I am glad to hear that Jenny has turned this property around and have made her tenants happy about living there. I start my lease at ICON next week and although not under the best circumstances of having to move from my home, I am glad that I found this place and hope the community are warm and welcoming.

Hands down this is the BEST place to live in Gilbert! Their amenities are top of the line, their units are modern and very spacious, plus the property is always clean. The staff is amazing as well! The manager Jennifer has always been kind when I needed assistance. I’m very appreciative of their entire staff. It’s a 10 out off 10 for me.
