This is the second time our family has worked with Alisa. She is outstanding. Anything we needed to get the home ready she had a name or solution. She hosted multiple open houses, advertised and the home sold rather quickly, considering the complication with Real Estate now. Alisa responds almost immediately to any communication. When we moved back to the area a few years ago, we hired Alisa to help us find our new home. She was amazingly patient and well versed in the region and what was available. Alisa is fantastic. I live in Washington and was selling a house in Grass Valley and already had a potential buyer. Alisa knew exactly how to navigate that process, dealing with other agents, lenders and an inexperienced buyer who caused numerous delays. She coordinated all the pieces of the process and knew what to do when problems and delays arose, handled them all professionally and followed up in a timely manner. Communication was great.
