Finding a new place to live can be stressful and time consuming. Location, agents, landlords, apartment/home compatibility...
We lucked up on this dream apartment in a prime location. I immediately asked for a tour and IMMEDIATELY got a response. The leasing agent, Jhon scheduled a viewing within a couple days. He gave us a tour of the place and was very knowledgeable of the neighborhood. We loved it so much that we inquired of the process to lease. Jhon was in top of things. Sent us the application link that day. Tommi then got involved expeditiously sending us everything for the application and also answered any and all questions as if we're were sitting across from each other. We were approved within a couple days and the apartment was OURS. Enter the property manager Brittany...got our lease drawn up explained the process and was available to answer any and all questions about the lease. Again, response times were impeccable. We signed and we move within a couple months. After being burned a couple times by agents and landlords (non responsive, ridiculous requests, and/or negative expectations) working with this team was a breath of fresh air. The process was seamless. Because of our schedules, we required a 2nd showing...NOT EVEN AN ISSUE. There was Jhon again. Scheduled with a couple days. Gave yet another amazing tour. Because of Jhon, Tommi, and Brittany, we can relax and focus on the actual move. Thank you SouthSideStories Property Management for your patience, time and for being so accommodating.

I’ve stayed here for 1.5 years and it has been a complaint free experience for myself. The common areas are well kept. My maintenance requests have been taken care of very quickly. When there are maintenance problems with the building, they are communicated quickly and the property management does a good job keeping residents updated about the status of repairs. I appreciate Brittany’s attention to detail and her patience in helping me when needed.
