We are in our second month renting from Bryant Properties. Before we moved in, there were some appliances that needed replacing. Without hesitation, Larry made sure we had everything we needed. This included the stove, fridge, microwave, and dishwasher. Such a blessing to rent from people that care so much about their people! Thanks for taking care of us!

I rented one side of a duplex with Bryant Properties for 4.5 years and had a consistently good experience. I only had to make requests for maintenance things twice, but they responded quickly with immediate solutions both times. They sent out helpful notice emails when there were freeze warnings and were always professional and polite. If I hadn't moved in with my partner I would still be in the same unit as the rent was definitely reasonable compared to similar properties. Thanks for a great experience!

Bryant Properties managed our home as a rental when we moved out of state. We were really nervous to let someone else take care of our home, but Bryant Properties did an amazing job! They rented our house out quickly, repairs were handled fast and at a good cost, and Larry kept us informed of any issues that came up. And best of all, after renting out the house for 2 years (to great tenants), Larry sold our house for more than we expected to get for it! It was nice to work with a local business instead of a big corporation, and I highly recommend Bryant Properties to anyone looking for a property manager.

If there was a 100 STAR, that would still not show how great Bryant Properties is. Having a tenant for almost 10 years, all I can say is professional, reliable, caring/compassionate, trustworthy, diligent, servant heart, efficient, and good communication. That was our experience and have nothing but great things to say about them, especially Larry, who was our direct contact a majority of the time. If someone wants any of the things I shared above, and feel safe and calm throughout the entire process, then Bryant Properties is who you must allow to look out for you and your family's best interest.

Larry Bryant is one of the best landlords you can have! He is reasonable, helpful and fair! He resolves any issues or concerns promptly! I also received my entire deposit back quickly!
