Unprofessional Thieves... Best definition of those that work here from the owner Wes Brown to his puppets Rachel and Erica. Owner instructed his puppets to fraudulently withhold my deposit and steal items that I left in the home ( 2 chrome shower curtain bars & 2 chrome towel bars). These items were supposed to be deducted from a floating balance due to having to purchase a hotel room for me and my boys after air condition repairs were not completed as promised. I had to remind them of Arkansas state law 60 day deposit refund and they didn't have any basis to keep my deposit. The house was returned in PRESTINE ready to move-in conditions compared to the dirty house I had to clean before being able to unpack when I moved in (Photos & Video of both move-in and move-out available). They kept my items and deducted the full floating balance from my deposit. I'm a U.S Army Veteran, U.S Marine Corps Dependent and NOT from Pine Bluff so I'm sure my standard of living was unusual for them. The house should have already had shower and towel bars in the bathrooms but again that's something that Pine Bluff is behind on "standard of living". NO WEAPON FORMED AGAINST ME SHALL PROSPER.

It’s the worst agents I’ve ever dealt with. They just wasting my time, no professional at all.. I don’t recommend it to sell your property with them period. .
