If you're looking for a realtor in the Smokies do yourself a favor and call Reagen Natho! I am by no means a 'big time' real estate investor but Reagen always made me feel like a priority. She was so patient with me and really took the time to educate me on this market. She is always super responsive and has extensive market knowledge. She helped me execute a 1031 exchange with minimal stress.

Bonus points because she is also just a fun person to be around and chat with!

Our agent Susan was great and answered all our questions and helped us pick a great property. They also help a ton on the back end and have been even more help in running the rental. They really are all things short term and are the best. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a short term rental. They are TOP NOTCH!!

Former client and someone who bought 6 properties through the Short Term Shop. I have known these people for 5 years now and I feel I have a good grasp of who they are as business owners and people. I used to be one of their biggest supporters and sent them dozens of clients. Personally my commissions earned their company $140k plus the half a million in business I have sent them in referrals over the years.

Now, I cannot recommend them. They are more focused on being influencers and selling courses than actually educating buyers. They purposely hid/suppressed people in their groups to do not upset potential buyers. They are only concerned with what you can do for them. Any advice they sell you is something you can find online by doing a minimal amount of research. Luke's advice in particular was so bad when we started that we have pretty much done everything he said to never do and it has been a driving factor in our success.

In short, they are not the "good people" you want to be trusting some of the largest investments you will ever make.

EDIT - Responding to them below.

1. No, you don't have a rule about "current" clients being the group. I was literally working with Gennifer 6 months ago on a few options that didn't work.

2. I do not have a family member/myself selling our property in Blue Ridge (they like to make up stuff don't they?). We chose a better option than the one agent services the area (that you have neglected). We never signed an agreement saying only your agency could sell our properties and the fact that you think that is outrageous .

3. I never solicited your group for anything but keep lying. I am tax professional and gave advice to your clients (for free) as I was providing back to the ground. Probably dozens of hours of free advice to help others on their STR journey. In the event your clients reached out to me unprompted, I don't ask where they come from, I offer my services like I do to anyone. Get real, you don't own these people and their choices for getting their taxes done.

What really happened that got them mad is Luke wanted me to work with them as their "tax guy" like three years ago and I turned him down. A STS client recommended me in their group and this is what set him off. Sorry I work with real rockstars, not ones who think they are in their own head.

4. Yes, I changed my previous good reviews to bad ones. I could not in good conscious continue to recommend this company.

5. If you think it is professional to ban me, then mock me when I ask why (thanks Luke) then wonder why I changed my reviews? Like come on. Don't worry, I shared all the responses from you guys in our private group messages with other current and former STS people. Everyone had a good laugh at your guys.

I will say this in closing, who do you want to work with that will give you unbiased advice on how to spend your hard earned money on a future investment? If you want someone who is more interested in being famous then you found the right company here. Cheers.
