I have rented from Serreta Properties for two years. Most excellent in dealing with tenants. Real live people who understand life situations but at the same time is realistic to it as well. Krista the office manager is quick to help in any situation and is so pleasant and kind. Tim the property manager is quick to do what is needed to make sure the properties are kept up and pretty, as well as they fix anything quick so they being any of their properties are well maintained. If you are among the many renters in todays economy you would be wise to take a look at these properties for rent. They are someone you would grow a relationship with and have life long friends as well. Do the right thing and they do right by you as well. I have really grown to love these people and I would hope all landlords would carry themselves in the manner these folks do. They are successful business owners by doing the high standard they set. We love living here. The management is great and the maintenance crew are quick to respond and get any issues quickly resolved.

I've been renting from Serreta Properties for a while and really am more than satisfied. Lauren in the office is just wonderful. She is always more than helpful. And any time I have had a maintenance request, it has been answered almost immediately. Very happy here!

Serretta Properties and most of the staff display the most diverse and family welcoming environment. While they do accept programs that are single parent oriented, they also accomadate all dynamics of family structure. I am thankful for the company's unwavering support and considering making the stay longer than expected....maybe who knows.
