I have worked with Christian and the RAM team for quite some time now and it has been nothing but a great experience. This is the first property that I needed assistance with since as I live over 2000 miles away fro Naahville. I sleep easy at night knowing that RAM is there.

When screening potential property management companies, my choice was pretty easy as Christian knew the market very well (from pricing to what improvements/adjustments needed to be done to maximize value out of the property) and has a long list of partners to address any problem that may arise from simple maintenance to major plumbing issues). I was told if all goes well, I would not hear from them and for the most part that has been true. More importantly, when issues have come up, the resolution and communication were great and we moved forward.

I have already referred several folks to RAM Property Management and I will continue to do so. Highly recommend a call with Christian and he will undoubtedly show you why I am so thrilled with them.
