Mr. Taylor is a nice man. His crew is eh and gives you a hard time. They are all family & related, but Mr. Taylor will personally resolve any issues. The house I lived in was beautiful. 5bdrm 3bth 2 car garage. For 1725 back in 2020.

My experience with T. Wright Properties was great. I rented from them for 3 years. Very nice house in a nice neighborhood. I wouldn’t have left if I wasn’t starting a new season with my fiancé.

We rented through t wright properties for almost 3 years until we bought a home, I let Taylor know I was buying a home well in advanced to move another renter in so I don't have to pay any kind of fees. Taylor informed me that I will be paying fees unless I used his realtor company to buy the home. Those fees were going to equal out to about 4500 dollars according to Taylor in which I had to stop using my current realtor just so I don't put myself in a hole for 4500 dollars.

Throuout the years we rented we recieved at least 8 letters of non payment of rent and we always paid on time and even before the due date. We complained multiple times to T wright but they just didn't care.

When we moved in, the house wasn't clean to the standard they hold you to when you move out.

Walls needed painted in the bathroom and they sent over people to do that and they were in my house 6 hours and not one drop of paint, so we told them to leave because it was late and they seemed sketchy anyways, you'll learn they only send people over in sketchy vehicles who look like they lived rough lives. Not a problem so much with the people but the quality is very bad.

T wright had someone to come replace the linoleum that ended up damaging the sheet he just installed by moving the fridgerator back in so he cut a square out and placed a new square sheet in the cut out. It ended up getting clue all over the new linoleum and as expected Taylor was trying to hold us accountable for that.

Upon leaving we called multiple times about our deposit of 1450 dollars that we expected we wouldn't get back judging by other reviews. I finally talked to Taylor who told me I was getting back 422 dollars in which I thought he spent tye other 1000 dollars to get some stuff done that was my fault and I was taking full responsibility for.
This is where this company will stick their own foot in each other's butts, they sent me an email saying I owe 388 dollars for some repairs in which I called Taylor and asked why was I charged 1000 dollars for something Brittany wright sent me an email saying I only needed to pay 388 dollars on? Taylor started interrupting me and saying oh, just ignore that, we are square and he said they were going to have a talk with Brittany and I could just tell they didn't want me to see that email.

I understand if you need somewhere to go and t wright is all that will rent to you or there are just no other options but if you can avoid this company please do so at all costs. They all try to sound good and fair in the office but this is a predator company.
If you deal with them you better cross your T's and dot your i's.

We were the example of good Tennants, we never gave them problems, never hassled them about anything and they never had to call us for anything concerning the property, money or any kind of issues and they still did us completely wrong in the end.

The wright family was amazing they allowed me to move in without any previous rental history with 3x the rent 1st month, last month, and current month they were so good to me. The only thing I disliked was when they tried to keep my 1st and last month's rent after my 1 year lease was up thankfully had pictures of the rental that I took while doing the walkthrough and that saved my a$$ Hannah the lady at the front desk was persistent and said I don't get my $ back after reaching out to my lawyer in the office they ended up giving me my money back. So make sure to take videos and pictures

I lived here for a little over a year while I finished school and had very little issues other than stuff that was regular maintenance. My maintenance man, Shirley, lived at the same complex and patrolled the area pretty regularly to make sure people weren't trespassing, he helped me with a lot of little things as well that he definitely didn't have to, and treated me like a family member. They also helped get me into an apartment early as the apartment i was moving from was not a good situation.
Overall it was a good experience and the rent was far cheaper than any other apartments here in the area.

Awesome experience with these guys. I originally met with Shawn Wright who showed me the first building. I liked it but it wasn’t my vision. Shawn asked me what my vision was and when I told him he said that he knew the perfect place. It was the perfect place. From there I worked personally with Taylor Wright who’s the owner. He worked hand in hand with me from start to finish. He made sure that they accommodated my personal preferences in the building. He kept in contact with me and went out of his way to make sure that I was satisfied. This is the epitome of great customer service. I would highly recommend T Wright Properties and Century 21 Wright to all who are looking to lease or purchase real estate. You just don’t find good, genuine business owners who have a heart to “serve” there customers anyone. This is the way business ought to be done!!!

Taylor & Courtney have been amazing so far. We have had a few appliance/plumbing issues & they immediately had someone come out to fix it. The house we are renting has been well maintained. Taylor went out of his way to do amazing landscaping work even after we had moved in. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a home to rent.

Zero professionalism, total lack of respect for tenants, and completely devoid of any integrity.

Let me preface this by saying I never write reviews; this is a special case in which I’ve been treated so poorly as a customer that I have to warn other people.

While I lived in one of their houses things were okay. We never really heard from them, but when we needed help with anything maintenance wise, it never came. When we moved in the home was filthy; there were pubic hairs in the master bathroom drawers and the bath drain was clogged. The laundry room floor was destroyed. I had no choice but to fix everything because a semester of classes had just started and I couldn’t wait on them. The only thing they handled was the laundry room floor.

Every year they raise the rent, totally understandable due to inflation and other factors. They raised it, we signed, then there was an issue with the lease. They printed another one and when they brought it back, the rent was raised again. We disputed it and they said everything would be taken care of. Every month for six months they harassed us saying we were underpaid, and every time we explained to them what had happened. They would “forget” the next month and they eventually threatened litigation. It wasn’t until I directly spoke with Shawn (this appointment took weeks) that it was settled.

When we moved out, they assured us that within 30 days we would get our deposit. Not only was the home spotless and we had to negotiate from nearly 60% deposit retention, it has now been six months and they are still giving reasons they haven’t paid us our deposit back, despite comepletely agreeing on a new amount to be returned civilly.

Excuses ranging from people traveling for funerals, to busy schedules, delayed flights, it’s endless.

These people know exactly what they are doing, and fully intend to take advantage of college students whom they believe will not fight back. It’s robbery in its purest sense, and I cannot stress enough how terrible it has been dealing with this company.
