Marco has gone above and beyond to help me find an apartment in Thunder Bay. After spending some time searching on my own, I was so grateful to connect with Legacy. Marco made the process easy, quickly finding an apartment that matched what I was looking for. He kept me up-to-date with photos and videos of renovations, the apartment itself, and the surrounding neighbourhood, giving me a sense of what to expect. Coming from away, it also gave me peace of mind knowing he had thought through every detail, will be there to help his tenants (e.g. quickly answering questions, even helping with deliveries), and maintains such high standards for the properties he represents. I contacted Legacy Property and Rental Management in 2022 to manage the rental of my suite, and was very impressed from the start! Marco was very attentive to my needs and professional in all his dealings with me. He has helped me find good tenants and the company website has been easy to navigate.
