I have worked with several rental property management companies. This one in Murfreesboro was phenomenal to work with. They were the most responsive group of folks with whom I have ever worked. They responded quickly to maintenance requests, worked through complicated lease situations (five college guys sharing a house, each with separate billing situations as well as lease transfers) and were great to work with through logistics as my son moved out and someone else moved in. If you are a property owner looking to rent your home or are a tenant and learn that RPM is representing the owner, this is the group to work with.
