Charlie and his team were very patient with us (as this was our first home build experience) and communication was frequent and clear. Everyone told us how stressful building a home would be - and it WAS - but not NEARLY as stressful as I expected, or it could have been. Charlie and his team always went out of their way to calm nerves, offer options when we had to pivot, and helped keep us on track with out budget.

We have been in our home for several months now, and know that without a doubt, Livesay Properties built us a solid home that will last a lifetime. Even after moving in, they have continued to be in contact which has been greatly appreciated as we get to know our new home!

However, this is where Livesay Properties shines because they smooth out those hiccups and keep your project on track, all while keeping in constant contact with you so that you are informed and can be involved. Livesay Properties also does a fantastic job of communicating with you weekly to ensure that you are aware of whether you are on budget during your build. There should be no financial surprises to you at the end of your build because you are kept apprised of all monies spent and the running total for the project. This was very important to my husband as he likes to visually see where our money is going during the build. I have also been impressed with Livesay Properties AFTER our build, closing and move in day. They continue to check in on you and ensure that you are still 100% happy with your new home. The true testament of a relationship with a builder is to know how the homeowners felt AFTER their project is completed. I can honestly say, I would recommend Livesay Properties to any friend or family member that is looking to build a home. Charlie and his team did a fantastic job building our custom house. From the day they broke ground to the day we moved in was a very smooth process. They were extremely time efficient and almost every day something was getting done. This being our first custom home - Charlie was very helpful and informative on issues we hadn’t thought of or suggestions that may have been a better option for us. He was also very thorough and detail oriented from the time he made the initial budget all the way to the final walkthrough.
