We lived there all of 2023 and absolutely LOVED it! We only moved due to a job out of state. I could go on and on about how amazing this place is! They do monthly community events, have food trucks every month, and make everyone feel so welcomed! The maintenance staff is so helpful and kind. We had a few small issues with our ac and they were so quick to fix it. The office staff is also very friendly and helpful. They are really communicative! They are super quick to answer the phone and email which is nice since most apartments aren’t like that.
The area is extremely safe and close proximity to the interstate as well as all the shops /restaurants. We never had any issues with noise or crazy neighbors. We loved going to the dog park to socialize. If you have dogs, you’ll love this place.
Overall, I highly recommend this place and miss it dearly.

Me and my partner recently moved into The Banks yesterday, and I must say the whole process was nothing but amazing. The front office ladies were very sweet and helpful. It feels like home already!

I love The Banks! I've been a tenant going on 4 years! Love the amenities, monthly events, food trucks!! The staff (Talen, Fallon and Mellisa) are always willing to assist with any questions or concerns. The grounds are always well kept! Thanks for all you do for lovely community-Sheryl & Miranda

The apartments are very nice the staff is amazing. The property is beautiful and well managed but if you’re gonna live here you definitely need a PO Box because your neighbors will rob you blind. I’ve lived here less than a year and I’ve lost hundreds of dollars worth of packages. Everything from Amazon to groceries. Today I had one delivered at 7:45 and by the time I woke up at 8 o’clock someone had already stolen it from my doorstep. Delivery drivers often just throw packages on the sidewalk instead of bringing them to your door.

Stayed her for 18mths and every bit of it was pleasant. The only reason I moved was because I moved out of state. My whole experience was pretty much with Fallon, she was great from start to finish. This property has a community feel, the groundkeepers are also very friendly & welcoming. Hated to

Truly a gem to find during my apartment search. Moving from the beautiful and tropical Florida. I wanted to find something that had a resort style to it. A place that my pup and I could enjoy without the hassle of leaving. Good food and shops in walking distance. We are happy at The Banks at West Fork.

Lovely grounds - always clean and nice smiles from neighbors! The dog park and gym are perks you don't want to miss out on. Our favorite space to hang out is at The Overlook, to meditate, enjoy an old-fashioned, or just listen to the sounds of Tennessee!

I lived at The Banks for 2 years and loved it! The staff are so nice and personable. You will always be greeted with a smile. The grounds are beautiful and always well-kept. The views of the river are amazing (I was lucky enough to live on the third floor in a river view apartment and highly recommend getting a river view apartment if available). The entire time I was there I only had to submit 2 maintenance requests. Maintenance was very quick to respond and fixed the issues with ease. They have multiple events each month for residents to socialize with each other and have fun. The only cons are that the walls are very thin and sometimes parking can be hard to find. I truly enjoyed my time at The Banks and recommend them to anyone looking for a great apartment in Murfreesboro!
