Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Why! I applied online on February 12, 2021 called deana on February 15, 2021 to have her review my application. Due to the bad weather she said she’s get back to me on February 17 2021. No calls I leave message and no replies. So I called someone else to have her review my application. On Friday February 19 she returns my call, Denied my application because I wasn’t able to give her any proof of income. I’m unemployed at the time. All though I can give her proof that I can cover the whole years lease, With my bank statements. I was denied still.

Deana is a truly awful individual. Even if you do get accepted, their lease is 4 pages long of just items that get damaged or unclean and charged for $25. It honestly looked like I breathed wrong in there I'd get fined $50-$75. And it's 4 pages. They say you're responsible for everything that needs replaced and if you don't replace it, you're fined $25-$100, plus if it's damaged. I've never seen a scam like this in my life. They were very shady with my money. I wish someone would do an investigation on them, it's not right, what they do.

BEWARE OF SCAM!!! This company accepts and lists co-signers as options and accepts payment for their applications. But they don't consider them!!
We asked SPECIFICALLY about co-signers before we spent the $40 to apply ourselves. We mentioned it at least twice and were still encouraged to apply. After our denial I sent our co-signer their application (it legitimately has a spot to check if you are applying as a co-signer) and didn't hear back from these slumlords. I called to inquire and Deanna Morris laughed while saying, "Yeah...we don't do that. We only consider people who are going to live in the unit."

So they take the fees but don't consider the application.

Completely rude, unprofessional and incompetent. No one has a clue what's going on there and it seems like the office people work part time. The office lady yelled at me and my girlfriend for asking if our applications went through and when a apartment would be available. They will not refund you money if the apartment is not available. EXTREMELY nasty apartments with gross neighbors. DO NOT GO THROUGH THESE PEOPLE!!!

Save yourself the time, money, and headache and just rent somewhere else.
Dealing with deanna or her husband ( the maintenance man… ) was absolutely awful. They don’t even deserve a one star rating..

Recently bought a house they owned and it was easy and quick the owner is amazing and office staff are super helpful and kind. I have rented from them years ago when I was younger and always so kind.
