He listened and quickly understood the house we were looking for. Once we found "the one" he switched gears and became an expert negotiator with the seller. He knew what needed to be done and did so without us having to ask. He had excellent communication with our lender as well, and we were able to make our original closing date. Chris was easy to connect with and quickly responded to phone calls, emails and texts. There was never a question or concern too big or small and he was very helpful throughout the entire process. Chris was the buying agent for my girlfriend and I on our first house. I'm involved in real estate myself, so I threw a lot of questions and comments out there dealing with the market fundamentals and valuations. Chris was incredibly knowledgeable. I learned stuff from him that will help me in my in my own real estate career. Furthermore, he made the experience very easy going and comfortable despite the fact that it was a hot market and decisions often had to be made quickly. He always wanted to make sure that we were 100% comfortable with our actions. The fact that it took us 30-35 houses before we had an offer accepted didn't phase him at all. He always was always organized and enthusiastic. He also wasn't afraid to point out negatives or problems with homes that we weren't noticing ourselves. It was obvious that he cared more about getting us in a house we would be happy with in 1,5,20 years from now instead of getting a quick commission. In the end we got the house we wanted for a price that provided tremendous value. I will continue to use Chris for any of my Twin Cities real estate needs and will enthusiastically recommend him to friends, family, and associates.

Chris was able to work outside of the box to coordinate the closing of both properties on the same day.
