April was absolutely amazing to work with!!! I would recommend April to anyone looking to purchase a home. She went way above and beyond anything I would have expected. Living 1300 miles away from where we were buying made house hunting interesting. April was not only very knowledgeable about all the areas we were looking at, but made videos of the homes as well as taking extra pictures so we could get a better idea of the homes. We gave her what we were looking for in a home and she was able to find so many for us to consider within those parameters. She also made the paper work aspect such as making the offer and other necessary paperwork so easy. It took so much stress off of me throughout this process knowing she was on the other side of it. We would 110% recommend April to anyone purchasing a home, whether they live close by, or especially far away as we do. We can’t thank April enough for helping us to find our beautiful home and making the buying process so easy.

I called April about a house she had listed at Cherokee Village. We had never met. When my husband and I arrived at the house it was like I had known her forever! I wanted the house, but my husband didn’t. She was so gracious. She knew exactly how each of us felt.

I then saw an acre of land in my hometown. I immediately called April. There were several people making offers. I made an offer that I felt I could afford, and I bought the land. At the closing, we both were so excited for me, but what really impressed me was that she was so excited for the listing agent from her firm, because it was his first sale of his new career. It definitely was like a celebration for all!
Behind the scenes, she was going through the loss of her sister. It was heartbreaking! She is amazing!

If you need an agent that will really work for you, you should call April! She will make you feel comfortable and focuses on you and what you are looking for.
