If you’re truly looking to find your perfect home, I’d advise you to use the perfect realtor. Kristie went above and beyond to help us find the most suitable home that fit all of our needs. If that meant we drove 3 hours, or 45 minutes down gravel, we certainly went. We were most comfortable using her just because I believe she truly cared about what we wanted and did her best to find it. I never once felt that it was about the money, it was solely footwork to find us the perfect home. And that’s appreciated. ALOT. AND you can actually tell her “no, I don’t like this” and she’ll make sure to do her best to find you one better. She also, which I know she loves, never hesitates to help you with any questions you have, no matter the time?. I was scared to buy my first home, but she made it all worth the while, and id buy all my next ones from her as well. An exceptional person.

Around a year ago, we sought advice from a friend in the real estate business about how to choose an agent to help us with the sell of a home. She advised us there were many factors to consider, offered to research the local realtors for us and suggest 2 or 3 she believed would suit our needs. Although Mindy Carter (United Country) made this short list, we first went with one of the other choices. Big mistake! After sitting on the market with no movement, we contacted Mindy and could not be happier with our experience.
