I can’t say enough about this place! The complex gives you the choice of an apartment or town house and I lived in an apartment. The management staff was always super friendly and understanding while valuing residents! They hosted social get together events and offer a great restaurant called Revel and a liquor store called Barrel and Brews within the campus, both a very short walk away! Just before leaving, they were in the process of opening a new cafe-style restaurant and had plans to build another restaurant as well! It is located in a very safe area in southeast Fort Smith with friendly neighbors while being within close range of stores and restaurants on the Southside and only about 15 minutes away from the Northside/downtown area. They are very professional and care about you the person!
