I rented from Belle Point Capital aka Harmon Real Estate. Was the worst decision I could have ever made I wished I wouldn't have ignored the red flags but I was desperate to get me and my son into a place of our own. Josh was a great property manager at first but it slowly turned into a nightmare... When I toured the apartments no one was living in the building because they were "remoldeding" the entire complex which I thought was a good sign. I looked in every crevice to make sure there was no bugs or mold, oh boy was I wrong. The day we moved in we saw a handful of roaches, I was devastated I told Josh to his face that I will not live with bugs and if it continues to be a problem I won't live there. He assured me it would be fine and proceeded to call pest control, they sprayed that day and I was hoping they would eventually go away.
The pest issue became worse of course.... Another issue was the brown water in our bathtub. We brought all these issues to Mr. Harmon's attention they slowly became dismissed or we were just completely ignored by Josh altogether.
We notified Josh that within 30 days we would be moving out because the roaches were so bad, they were making my son sick. He asked us to try one more thing to rid the places of roaches and if it didn't work he would consider letting us break our lease with no issues and that it wouldn't harm my credit. So that was a big fat lie! Of course the treatment didn't work and Josh stopped responding to our texts and calls altogether.
We moved out. We gave him 30 days notice paid our rent on time every month and made sure the electric was turned off. We left the apartment with zero damages. We were not the only ones moving out, a few tenants had also left the property months within moving in because of the bugs and water issue.
The residents below us had already begun to leave, the wife had returned to the apartment the day we were moving out to grab a few things and she was attacked by a squatter that Josh allowed to stay there. She had cuts all over her body, the police where involved and of course not a soul could get into contact with Josh about what had happened.
Josh ruined my credit and I'm not able to rent anywhere now, I've always been an excellent tenant any where I've lived and now me and son can't find a place to live.
Josh is greedy and a neglagent landlord I pray no one else rents from him and if you do just CYT!!!!

I am extremely disappointed with the services provided by Joshua Harmon throughout the entire closing process. I felt as though I was not given honest and accurate information. Joshua made promises that were not kept and failed to disclose important details about the properties we purchased. Unfortunately, he represented both buyer and seller in this transaction.

First, Joshua knew we were purchasing the investment property. It is important that he is being honest providing us the property’s cash flow. We only knew how much the rent total, but he never told us or put it in the discloser that the rent is included tenants all utilities (water and electric) which is a big financial hurt for us after my management company take over.
Second, Do not use any of inspector he or his company provided. They will provide 3 inspectors for you to choose, do not use any of them because the inspector will hide some major problems on the inspection report to help them do the sales.
Third, it is very common that we should get the keys from the seller after we purchased the property. But after we closed the property, he told me the seller does not have keys for the property. In the meantime, I also reached the closing company WACO TITLE, the closing agent Shani said the title company has no responsibility to transfer the keys, we have to talk to our agent which is Joshua Harmon. In the end, we came to agreement that I will rekey all the properties and he will reimburse the rekey fee to us. So I get everything take care of and send the bill to him through email and text message. He told me his assistant Tisha already sent the check (rekey fee) to me. It’s been 6 months after he response me, I never receive any mail from him. During that 6 month, I reached him through email, text message and phone call in a polite way more than 3 times, he never responds to me. I only received an email from his assistant Tisha says she never mail the check and she is no longer work for the company.

Furthermore, Joshua Harmon is the less qualify real estate agent I’ve ever work with. He only takes our contract and the rest is his assistant help me through the entire closing process. This shows he is very busy and he does not have time to take care of you besides in the beginning to take your contract.

Overall, I would not recommend Joshua Harmon to anyone looking to buy or sell a property from my experience. He is lack of honesty and transparency has caused significant financial problem for our investment. I wrote this review after waited 6 months for him to correct his mistake, instead he chooses to ignore it.
