If I was able to give this company zero stars I would. I just received a $200 collection from this company. Funny thing is I just applied to live there. I paid my app fee and was denied the lease. I guess since I was denied I was charged 200.00 unknowingly and now I have A collection on my credit. Theses people are frauds don’t give them any info you gonna end up with credit score dropping and who knows what else bad. There’s no one answering phones I disputed the charges with the bureaus. DONT BE THERE ViCTIMS.!!!

The ladies were nice to deal with, but the owner of the house we rented wasn't the most reliable on keeping things up, though the realtor tried to get things done
