We have been looking at COA management companies and discovered that this one threatens to take people and HOAs to court for making disparaging comments about PRG in social media, on review sites, when providing references to other Boards, or even when just talking to friends. The language also seems to prevent people from reporting the company to government agencies. We will not be considering this company. Here is the language from the terms of service: "The Parties agree that during and after the term of this Agreement, neither Party shall engage in any conduct or communication, whether oral, written, or through any media, that disparages or portrays the other Party in a negative or derogatory light. This includes but is not limited to public statements, social media posts, or communications to third parties. In the event of breach of this provision, the non-breaching Party shall be entitled to seek injunctive relief and/or monetary damages as deemed appropriate by a court of competent jurisdiction."
