What a joke , I rented from quail run and Meadow springs for over 30 years I moved away for 12 months to help with a sick grandchild and when I came back they told me I don't make enough money to rent from them anymore. Really because you never said that all the other years ! Also I might add when I moved out I got my deposit back also but because I'm on disability ( SSI & SSA) I now don't make enough money. I've been on disability for 23 years , hmmmm wonder where I was living ? People need to get a grip this is a retirement area most people are on a fixed income and it's not 3 x the amount of what your charging for rent.

Never ending rental price increases

Neighboring apartment clogged their drain resulting in sewage flooding the kitchen. Twice. Apt manager and maintenance both refused to do anything about it until the next day leaving the sink to overflow sewage all over the kitchen and into the carpet. Then refused to clean the sewage out from under the cabinets. Refused to make arrangements so we wouldn't have to stay in an apartment with sewage flooding out of sink. Would rate these apartments with zero stars if it was an option. Definitely do not recommend.
Edit: just an update to add, they kept my deposit and on the list of reasons they mailed, all of them were things that were wrong with the apartment when I moved in. I have pics with time stamps to prove it. If you don't want to end up preparing to take them to small claims court just to get your deposit back like I'm about to, DO NOT MOVE HERE.

Worst management ever. No 24 hour notices for inspections just shows up with pest control, last time there was no knock and they tried to unlock the door and just walk in. We were seated on the couch waiting for a knock. They claimed that they didn't know we were home. No heat and still paying an insane amount in rent.

Kind of the trashier side of town but they remodeled the apartment so they look much better but in the winter they still have water in their pool and no cover on it not a good idea! But the property looks clean when you drive past it

The grounds are filthy. I have family that lives there & they keep their apt nice but outside the whole place looks nasty.
