I drove on the lot and started to walk the aisles and look into cars as two salesman were on the lot talking but never acknowledged me or offered to service me. I walked into the store and there were several salesman sitting around talking but no one acknowledged that I was standing in the store. I was in the store close to 10 minutes before I started to walk around to get help. I had driven over an hour to get to the store because I came for a car I saw in online so I did not turn around. Finally a salesman by the name of Chad Lunsford greeted me and offered to service me. When I asked about the car I wanted he was not knowledgeable about the car as far a features it had and was not able to answer many questions I had about it. I test drove the car and had to learn about the features the unit had once I started to drive it. When I noticed the car didn’t have many of the features I was looking for Chad assured me that the dealership could get the features added on for an extra price which was ok with me. We went back into the store after the test drive and started to negotiate a price for the car. After completing the credit application to see I asked what interest rate did I get approved for. Chad told me he was not able to disclose that information but he gave me a random car note quote. I have tier 1 credit so I knew the note offered didn’t match my credit so I asked about the apr. He again stated he was not able to disclose this info because he had no way of knowing it. He asked me to wait and speak with financing and they could tell me. I waited around for about 45 minutes and no one from financing came to speak with me so I told Chad I would just go to my bank and see what rate they would offer me. He then offered me to take the car home with me. I took the car home and went to my bank. After visiting the bank I learned that the dealership had added an extra 3% interest to the interest I was approved for and had my note 200 dollars more than it was suppose to be. I decided to just finance with my bank. I went back to the dealership to pay for the car and i spoke with Chad again about the add ons he said I could get on the car. He told me after the deal was done that the add ons he promised was not able to be added on but I could get similar features with after market equipment. I then told him I was not satisfied with the deal. I asked if I could have a option to get into a similar car instead of what I had and he told me he didn’t have anything available. He and his coworker told me the features I wanted would be ok not to have gotten because I got a good deal. He knew I wasn’t satisfied with the deal before I left the store but Chad and his team did not care. He offered to deliver the car to my home and when he handed me my keys I told him I was not satisfy with the deal again. He told me you will feel better once you start driving it. Chad and his team did not deliver on making me a satisfied customer and they did not care as long as they made the sell. I kept the car for a and decided to take it back to the store. Chad and the manger told me I was not able to bring it back and the sale was final. The only thing I could do was trade into something else but I would not get discounts to trade it out only the msrp price which was not affordable to me. I asked if i could leave the car on the lot to take this matter up with my bank and also because i had just worked a 14 hour shift before driving an hour to bring the car back to them. Chad told me since i purchased the car i could not park it on the lot. He told me to just park it at the texas road house next door. I will not be a returning customer of this dealership or this salesman.

I was very impressed with Grant and our experience at Crain Buick GMC in Conway. He was polite, did what he said he was going to do and followed up with us. We didn’t get the run around. Basically we told him what he needed and he made the deal with us! We are a proud new owner of an AT4 thanks to Grant!

Great Experience purchasing a Truck from Crain. I have been an Everett customer in the past but my experience with them has taken a huge nose dive. Everett has become too big for their pants. I took a chance and drove to Conway. Their appreciation and level of professionalism were a breath of fresh air. So, don't believe what you hear. Everett doesn't always have the best deal on price and customer service. There is something to be said about a positive purchasing experience, which I received at Crain. So take the drive to Conway and get the deal and friendly professional service, like it really should be, at Crain.
